Do you know Team Sonic Racing and Sonic & All-Stars Racing? This is basically if the universe was mainly that instead of constant adventures to save the world from Eggman
(Though Eggman does still try to cheat and control outcomes in racing cups so him and his team can win Chaos Emeralds for world domination.)
Sonic and his friends race through several cups against each other or against teams in order to win tons of money, trophies and even a chance at a Chaos Emerald.
Each of the cups is usually named after the color of the Chaos Emerald racers can try to get, making it 7 Grand Prix cups in this universe.
The Chaos Emeralds have a few extra things they can do in this universe than the Prime counterparts, making them slightly more powerful than the originals. (Though the extras mainly apply to the racing elements of this universe.)
-Can turn your car into Super Mode, going insanely fast that one could even arrive anywhere in the universe, travel through time or even jump across the multiverse all while driving (only if you have all 7 of them)
-Each individual one can open a Special Zone Track, a race course in spaces between reality
-All of them together opens the Golden Zone Track, the most difficult or near impossible race course in this reality
-Each of them can also open a portal to one of the other Sega multiverses like NiGHTS, Crazy Taxi or House of the Dead
If you've seen the race roaster in Team Sonic Racing, then that's all that you need to know about what you're up against.
(Aside from boosts and the occasional Wisp power ups, Car Fu is allowed in this universe like in films such as The Speed Racer movie.)
