Chapter 50- The Prefects' Meeting

Draco and Hermione had missed breakfast due to their escapade at their Common Room. Now it was already time for them to meet with the Prefects.

Draco suggested that they just have to shower together to lessen the time to be spent, Hermione agreed reluctantly, (of course she doesn't want people to notice something odd about her so she needs another shower).

But they took more time than was necessary, since Draco kept flirting with her while they showered together. He couldn't help himself, he was just so aroused by Hermione and could not get enough of her now that he had experienced something close to heaven. This made Hermione irritated at him, now they were also late for their meeting.

They left the common room, and started running towards the Transfiguration classroom. They were already fifteen minutes late when they reached it, all the fifth and sixth year prefects were already seated inside the classroom, waiting for them.

Ginny was the first to notice them, she was talking to Luna when the Head Boy and Girl walked in. "Finally, you're here," she told the two in a loud voice.

The other prefects who were still chatting with each other, looked at them, and were confused/shocked/puzzled why the Head Boy and Girl were holding each other's hands (Hermione and Draco forgot about it). I will have to ask Hermione about that later, Ginny thought. Luna just smiled at the two.

"Let's start our meeting," Draco said in an authoritative voice, sitting Hermione down in McGonagall's old chair, while he accioed another for himself. He sat close to Hermione and placed his idle hand on her thigh since the table was hiding their lower bodies.

Hermione cleared her throat, and then pointed her wand at the blackboard, the Patrol Schedule appeared on it. "Here's the schedule Draco and I agreed to, if you have an issue about it, tell us now," she told them in a clear voice.

Hermione and Draco

Mondays:
Sakura and Dennis- Gryffindor (Gryffindor & Ravenclaw Areas)
Tabitha and Malcolm- Slytherin (Hufflepuff & Slytherin Areas)

Tuesdays:
Pamela and Jatin- Ravenclaw (Gryffindor & Ravenclaw Areas)
Linda and Martin- Hufflepuff (Hufflepuff & Slytherin Areas)

Wednesdays:
Ginny and Pete- Gryffindor (Gryffindor & Ravenclaw Areas)
Poppy and Patrick- Hufflepuff (Hufflepuff & Slytherin Areas)

Thursdays:
Luna and Michael- Ravenclaw (Gryffindor & Ravenclaw Areas)
Zoe and Uchi- Slytherin (Hufflepuff & Slytherin Areas)

Fridays: (alternate every week)
Sakura and Dennis/ Pamela and Jatin (Gryffindor & Ravenclaw Areas)
Tabitha and Malcolm/ Linda and Martin (Hufflepuff & Slytherin Areas)

Saturdays: (alternate every week)
Ginny and Pete/ Luna and Michael (Gryffindor & Ravenclaw Areas)
Poppy and Patrick/ Zoe and Uchi (Hufflepuff & Slytherin Areas)

The prefects read the schedule, quite pleased that they were patrolling just once or twice every week.

"Patrol starts after curfew, so it's at 9pm to 11pm," Hermione told them. "Is the schedule alright with all of you?" She asked them.

"I agree with the schedule," Luna said in her calm voice.

"Me too," interjected Ginny, noticing a slight blush creeping on her best friend's face that is obviously not from the meeting.

Draco's hand was now wandering Hermione's thigh, slipping his hand through her skirt, making Hermione flush.

"Do all of you agree then?" Draco asked them, feeling Hermione's body tense on his touch. He actually wants all of them to know that Hermione is his girlfriend so that they will back off from her, that is why he is not bothered if they see him touching her.

They all nodded to his question, agreeing to the schedule.

"So if there's no problem, let's wrap the meeting up," Hermione told them, happy that nobody protested.

"Wait, I need to make announcement first," Draco interrupted.

Hermione looked at him, confused since there was no other agenda for the meeting. The prefects looked at the Head Boy, waiting for him to speak again.

"I just want to tell you that I have a girlfriend," he told them, grinning wildly.

They all looked at them as if he was crazy, why does he have to announce that anyway. Ginny's eyebrows shot up, knowing who was it. Hermione was feeling faint, she didn't know why he would say anything about it, especially during the prefects' meeting.

"Hermione agreed to be my girlfriend," Draco told them happily.
