Chapter 13- Dinner at Andromeda's (Part 4)

"Hey, wake up, Hermione," Harry shook her lightly.

"What!" Hermione exclaimed. She was still holding a sleeping Teddy on the rocking chair.

"You fell asleep too. Come on, go downstairs and eat," Harry told her, carrying Teddy and putting him on his crib.

"How long did I sleep?" Hermione asked groggily.

"Only about half an hour," Harry told her looking at his watch. "We have finished eating, Andromeda put your food on the microwave to warm it up."

They both went down to the kitchen. Hermione took her plate of food from the microwave and put it on the breakfast counter. "Where are they?" She asked Harry, scooping some macaroni and cheese.

"They are both in the living room, watching the telly," he replied. "I haven't told her about Narcissa yet," he added.

"Why not?" She asked while scooping more food to her mouth, she was hungry!

"Well, Ron being there won't help. You know, he doesn't think they're sincere," he told her.

"But he wasn't there, you and I would have known if they weren't sincere. Right, Harry?" She asked him.

"Well, yeah, I guess so," Harry said scratching his head.

"I'll just finish eating first, then I'll help you out," she told him.

"This is a good idea, right? I mean, helping the Malfoys? They are still Sirius' relatives, after all they have done to him," Harry asked her seriously.

"Don't worry about what Sirius might say about this, Narcissa is his cousin as much as Andromeda is. As Sirius told you before, everybody has a light and dark side, we just focus now on their light side. The war is over, let us start mending our lives and try helping others too," Hermione replied.
