"Oh hey" Kira greeted Jaehyun who walked out of his room, throwing on a thick leather jacket to complete his outfit.

"Hey, you're back...how was your fake date?" He asked, getting straight to the point and acting unbothered, but he wasn't bothered at all, why would he be.

"It was good" she chuckled, poking Jihye's dimple lightly as she continued to drink the milkshake quietly

"Tae is actually my kris kindle this year so I wanted to go out and see what he likes. We haven't hung out separately...like ever" She added, making her conversations with him more longer after last night, feeling comfortable enough to do so as she learnt to separate idol Jaehyun from the Jaehyun she was seeing nearly every day now.

"Oh...I see" Jaehyun said emptying his pockets onto the table to make sure he had everything he needed before stuffing them back in. He was less bothered now that he knew the story from her.

"My managers outside so...I'll see you guys later. Be good Jihye" He said, ruffling the little girls head and kissing her cheek quickly, getting a groan out of her

"I'm always good! Why don't you ever say that to Kira?" She huffed and Kira widened her eyes

"When have I not been good?" Kira asked with a pout as Jaehyun chuckled, shuffling over to her side of the table.

"Be good Kira" he said, patting her head hesitantly and she swore she ascended to heaven right then and there, she had lived all of her lives at that moment

Jaehyun smiled at her instant frozen up reaction to his gesture and distanced himself again, catching a glimpse of her rosy cheeks that came extremely fast after the action

"Bye guys" Jaehyun bid, walking out towards the hallway after a final wave, putting his shoes on his feet before he walked out of the door, soon meeting his manager.

"Dude, did you eat?" was the first sentence Jaehyun heard the second he stepped into the car, taking his seat next to johnny while Mark was on the other end.

"A little bit...are we stopping for food?" He asked and Mark nodded

"I'm literally starving bro" Mark said with a groan, knowing they were under time pressure

"You know what we should eat?" Haechan asked from the passenger seat, sounding serious enough to make the other three boys believe he was going to make a valuable contribution to the conversation

"What?"

"Kimchi Jjigae"

And shortly after the silence that ensued, the group opted for the hot dog stand that was close enough to the dome. The rest of the car ride was quiet enough, with Mark looking at his bubble messages, Haechan responding to something Chenle sent into dream's groupchat and Jaehyun read back the conversation in the groupchat earlier today, the ghost of a smile on his lips.

"Dude...you wanna know something?" Johnny said smugly, turning to Mark who giggled at the mans words, knowing his mind was always trying to make things sound dirty to catch the younger off guard

"What dude?" Mark asked and Johnny took one last peak into Jaehyun's phone from the side to confirm the name of then groupchat. Jaehyun had his headphones on in the other hand and barely had a care in the world for what the other two were conspiring

"Jay keeps texting into an instagram groupchat" Johnny smirked

"Instagram? I thought he wasn't following anyone" Mark said and Johnny nodded

"So he's probably texting a fan or something" Johnny added and Mark's jaw almost dropped, knowing his hyungs were a lot more brazen than he was

"Nah...no way. Like he doesn't even text into our groupchat. He's probably just reading the DM requests" Mark said, shaking his head at the preposterous take
