Eyes fluttering open.

I squinted my eyes as I looked up the hallway. The broom closet was a few meters from us and the sun was going down on the other side of the windows.

My whole body ached. I felt like I had been hit by a bus that then continuously had continued to back over and go forward over my limp body. My muscles were cramping and my head was pounding.

A few seconds had passed before I realized the weight laying on the side of my neck. I turned my eyes to look straight forward, straight at Jungwon's resting face. His mouth slightly agape and his eyes closed completely. Not a sound coming from him.

"Jungwon," I whispered, my voice more hoarse than I had recalled it being, "Jungwon," I repeated and tried to shake his shoulders, which did the bare minimum. I was so weak he barely even moved a centimeter, "wake up... please."

When no reply came from his mouth, or any reaction came from his eyes, I felt panic slowly grip on me. I carefully placed a few fingers on his neck and pressed down. Immediately I felt a weak pulse against my fingers. He was alive. He was still alive. Thank God.

"Jungwon," I repeated and pushed myself up on my elbows, forcing myself to stay up this time as I reached across his chest and grabbed onto his other shoulder, shaking it lightly, "Won."

When I still got no answer I knew I had to do this myself. I slowly let go of Jungwon and pushed myself up to sit on my knees. Black dots immediately clouded my sight as I sat up on my knees.

I slowly crawled my way up to sit by Jungwon's head, hooking my arms under his shoulders and lifting him up into my lap, making him rest against my chest, all limp and ragdoll-like.

I held tightly onto Jungwon, as I used my legs to push both of us across the carpeted floor, towards the broom closet. We were so close to getting there. We needed to get in there. I forgot any chance of my bag not being in there, I had a feeling that if we just got into the broom closet we would be saved in any way possible.

I continued to let out huffs and pants as I pulled Jungwon with me over to the door to the broom closet. The moment I had seen the door appear in the corner of my eyes I had immediately let go of Jungwon.

I scrambled towards the door once more and pulled down the door handle, the door immediately opening in front of us. I didn't care to check if any dangerous person was in the room. I just needed to get us in there.

Once the door was open, I pulled on Jungwon once again, and pushed his body inside the broom closet. It was first when he had gotten into the broom closet that I crawled after him, and closed the door by leaning all my bodyweight against it. I somehow even managed to raise my hand and lock the door before just collapsing against the door.

Panting heavily, I directed my eyes back to Jungwon. His chest had slow raising movements, meaning he was still breathing. Thank god. I continued to let out pants as I brushed the hair out of my face, the hair that had stuck to my forehead due to my cold sweat. I closed my eyes tightly, wincing at the pounding in my shoulder and head, as I felt my legs go into cramps.

The second I had opened my eyes they had immediately fallen on a black bag standing in the corner of the room. A wave of relief flushed over me as a small laugh escaped my mouth. We had actually managed to possibly find food and water.

I carefully crawled around Jungwon's body and over to my bag, immediately pulling out a bottle of water that was a lot warmer than it was when I had left home. I desperately unscrewed the lid before bringing Jungwon's head up in my lap.

"Please wake up, please wake up," I muttered as I slowly poured a bit of water between Jungwon's slightly parted lips.

Seeing his Adam's apple bob up and down I let out a sigh of relief, he was drinking the water. I slowly, yet carefully, poured a bit of water into his mouth again before digging into my bag and pulled out the box with fruit I recalled having packed.

"Jungwon... wake up... I have fruit... I have food," I breathed out and softly padded Jungwon's cheek, "wake up. Please."

A loud gasp erupted into the room as Jungwon rolled over on his side and began coughing profusely. I quickly rushed over and tried to help him regain his breath again, patting his back softly as I looked at him with worried eyes.

"Ji," Jungwon breathed out as he stopped coughing.

"I'm here, I'm here," I eagerly stated, "we're in the broom closet, I gave you water, have fruit."

"What?" he frowned and squinted his eyes up at me.

"Fruit," I repeated and lifted the box with an apple, a few grapes, a pear and an orange, "it's not much... but it's food."

"How... here?"Jungwon frowned at me.

"Don't think... eat," I urged and extended a grape towards his lips, "eat Jungwon," I sternly stated and he let the grape fall into his mouth, a small hum escaping him at the fruit he began chewing.

"You carried me?" Jungwon muttered and closed his eyes momentarily.

"More dragged," I corrected him and grabbed the water bottle again, "here... water," I urged and he opened his mouth slightly.

I assisted his head as I held it up and poured water into his mouth. He slowly drank it as I finished pouring water into his mouth and grabbed a few more grapes for him. Knowing I couldn't peel the orange and he might be too weak to take a bite of the apple or pear.

I carefully plopped the grapes into his mouth, slowly seeing the color return to his lips as more and more time passed by. They weren't as cold and blue looking as they had been before.

"You look better," I commented with a small laugh, making him just hum at me.

"Have you gotten anything yet?" he questioned, making me just smile down at him.

"I think you might need more water... or grapes... do you want grapes?" I questioned him, making him reach over and grab onto my wrist.

"You need water and food," he sternly stated even though his eyes were struggling to stay open.

"But you-" I started making him immediately shake his head.

"I don't care, you need it too," he said, making me sigh at him.

"To me it's most important that you regain your strength," I shook my head at him, quickly leaning my weight over on one of my hands, to keep my balance.

"You're faint," Jungwon hissed as he tried to push himself up, making me lay a hand on his chest, immediately making him fall backwards once again, "Ji... you need food and water too."

"I know..." I hummed at him, "but you're in a worse condition right now."

"Why are you doing this?" he sighed at me, "why are you insisting on taking more care of me, than yourself?"

"Because I love you too," I breathed out, recalling the words he had spoken before we both had passed out.

"You d-"
