"Lil! Please wake up! Please, please, please!" I whispered in Lily's ear. She seemed dead as I wildly shook her arm.

"Wha-what?" Lily yawned and turned away from me, still slightly snoring. Nothing except the extreme was going to get her up. Luckily, extreme is my specialty.

"Lily! I need to tell you something!" I leaned really close to her ear. "Sirius threw Severus in the lake."

"What?! No way! No way! No way!" Lily exclaimed, now sitting bolt upright in bed. "I'm gonna kill him!"

"Quiet! I don't want to wake everyone else up! He didn't touch Sev. But he did do something..." I whispered and sat on the corner of Lily's bed. I stared out the window at the waxing halfmoon, feeling the silver moonlight bounce off my face. "I just don't know what he did to me-"

"Does it have something to do with the drawings on your face?" Lily giggled.

"What?!"

"Take a look..." Still giggling, Lily handed me a hand mirror. I stared at the reflection and- oh no... I do not have a unibrow, mustache, goatee, and monocle.

"Lil... Please tell me I don't look like a feminine version of the Monopoly guy..." I groaned, stroking the handlebar mustache below my nose. Knowing Sirius, it wasn't just washable marker on my face.

"No... I think it's more of a grand duke from Cinderella kind of look..." Lily giggled. I glared at her and turned back to my reflection. Oh, how I could just murder Sirius right now! "Okay, Lex. I'm sorry... I'm sure we can get it off!"

"Please, Sirius wouldn't be so stupid as to make this easy removal. I just can't believe how elementary this prank is... Is this the best he's got?" I laughed and rubbed the drawn on unibrow. It wasn't budging.

"How are you so cool about this? Aren't you mad?"

"Oh, I'm furious... Just disappointed and unimpressed that Sirius doesn't have more creativity than permanent face drawings! I was thinking he would go all out for revenge!"

"So now what?"

I took one last look at my new appearance in the mirror before setting it on the windowsill. My blue eyes were shining with excitement and amusement.

"Now, we find out a way to clean up my face. Then, we figure out how we can get him back."

<<>><<>><<>>

Nothing.

Absolutely nothing would fade the black marks on my face. We tried every spell we could think of, a couple potions, and even muggle stain removing methods, but nothing worked! Sirius definitely knew how to cast a permanent sticking charm, if that's what this is. Funny... He can't cast a levitation charm, but he knows how to make me permanently look like the Planter's Peanut dude!

"Lily... It's no use... He wanted me to walk around at school like this and that's exactly what's going to happen. We don't know enough magic to get this off my face!" I sighed and laid down on her bed.

We were both extremely tired. It took us four hours to try to find some sort of magic eraser with no luck. Now, it was morning, and everyone was getting ready for the day. The other girls in my dorm would give me sympathetic glances but no one could help me. Only the three Gryffindor first years in our dorm, Mary, Sarah, and Rebecca, glared at me. Accidentally, we kept them up all night while trying to clean my face.

"So what? Are we just going to leave it?" Lily yawned. She was such a good friend to sacrifice her sleep to help me. Dark spots were forming under her eyes from exhaustion. I'm sure I looked just as tired, if not worse.
