Chapter 22: Be Happy, You Two.

Maloi's POV

"Maloi why are you spacing out again? What are you thinking ba? Kahapon ka pa ganyan." Colet caught my attention so I stopped thinking.

"Wala talagang matino sa tropang ito, lahat may tulala phase." Sheena shook her head.

"What if I'll confess now?" I told them. May event ngayon sa school and everyone seems happy. Stacey and Lance are in the corner of the auditorium, they're busy talking. I watch them. Kagaya ng lahat, sobrang saya nila. After the talk with Stacey in the park, we ate ice cream lang at the nearest convenient store until midnight and decided to go home after. Ngayon, balik ulit sa dating set-up. 

Mikha gave me a glare. "You've already said that for God knows how many times, wala namang nangyayari eh." I can sense that she's getting irritated. 

"It's easier said than done eh." I shyly answered. 

"If you can't confess in person, say it through letters nalang kaya?" Aiah suggested. 

"Eh? That's so corny!" Sheena laughs.

"Said by the one who sent me 20 pages of letters when she thought I'd reject her?" Gwen teased at wala nang nagawa 'yong isa kundi manahimik nalang sa gilid. Hindi namin alam 'yon ah!

Well, naisip ko na 'yan eh. Bibigyan ko siya ng confession letter tapos kinabukasan, magkukunwari na parang walang nangyari but I think, it'll make the situation worst so I crossed the idea out. 

"Guys, do you think I'll finally move on if I finally confess?" I asked them.

"Hindi natin malalaman kung hindi mo susubukan." Colet gave me an assuring smile. Hindi maitago sa mata niya ang pag-aalala. 

"She has a boyfriend. Hindi naman siguro magiging affected si Stacey." Mikha butted in.

"Maloi! Someone's looking for you." One of our classmates said. "Who?" I asked and looked at the door at sinundan din ng mga kaibigan ko ang tingin ko sa pinto. I saw Alyx holding her bag and waving at me. I smiled at walked fast towards her. 

"Hi." She greeted and smiled.

"Hello. Why are you here?" I asked.
