Stacey's POV
"Ano, Stacey? Happy na ang heart mo?" Gelo asked when he came near me. With a playful smile.
"Happy naman talaga heart ko." I stuck my tongue out at him.
"But mas happy siya today?"
"Oo na. If that will make you stop."
"Good." he smiled sincerely.
Gelo has been there for me when I need a friend. Yes, FRIEND, we can't be more than friends.
"Poor kid. Look at her, she's looking at me like I just stole her favorite candy. She still thinks I like you." we both laughed, but Maloi already looked away when I turned my head towards her.
"Teka nga. I'll go to Alyx, so that we can both smack her friend's head."
I nodded and watch him walk away.
I still can't believe she's here. I was about to cry earlier but reminded myself that today is Aiah's birthday.
Everyone is happy to have Maloi back. Finally, we're complete again.
It's getting crowded inside and I need air to breathe. The day is far from over yet it already overwhelmed me.
