Latti, looking at Reon, said, "Reon, I never took you any less. As a matter of fact, I cared too much for you that I couldn't bear to get too deep with you. But with Damon, it's different. We're not in love; we're just having fun together. He knows my boundaries, and he respects them. That's why I can kiss him and sleep with him since there are no strings attached."
Reon, angry and upset, retorted, "So what? That's supposed to make me feel any better?" Latti moved closer to Reon to hold him, but he moved away, , Latti says, "listen, please. I'm sorry if I made you feel upset. It wasn't my intention, and if I hurt you in any way, I'm sorry. But please try to understand."
Reon, mad, exclaimed, "You know what? I treated you and Morgan the best I could, and in the end, my efforts were worthless. She will always love George, and you would always choose to screw other guys other than me."
Latti, denying his words, said, "It's not true." Reon, holding his face, stated, "I don't want to see you anymore, Latti." Latti didn't hear him clearly and asked, "What?" Reon repeated, "I don't want you in my life anymore. The more I look at you, the more suffocated I get. So please, leave."
Latti looked at him with a sad face, pulled her hair back, and walked away slowly, wiping off the little tears on her cheeks. The tension in the air lingered as she left, and Reon was left grappling with his emotions.
Reon sat slowly on the chair, and Rehina, looking at him sadly, said, "Reon, I'm sorry I made you talk about what you feel, but believe me, being a person who lived with a lot in her mind, I know that the more you try to hold everything in, the more it kills you slowly. And when the poison has spread far beyond treatment, you stare at yourself in the mirror, feeling like a totally new person – anger, depression, and regret. So, it's better to get it over with."
Reon, holding his head, responded, "Thanks. As much as it is hard, it's best that I said it. Maybe that way, I may feel free at some point."
Rehina smiled and said, "Other guys would be so pissed at me right now."
Reon replied, "What makes you think I'm not pissed? But it's too late anyway."
Rehina, with a mischievous grin, continued, "Anyways, what if I choose you?"
Reon, shocked, raised his head slowly and asked, "What?"
Rehina clarified, "I mean, you said nobody chooses you. What if I choose you?"
Reon, still processing the idea, hesitated before saying, "That's out of pity. I'm not a charity case."
Rehina countered, "Nope, not a charity case. It's truthfully. What's the harm? What will you lose anyway?"
Reon thought for a moment and said, "Well, yeah, sure. Let's give it a go. But we need rules."
Rehina inquired, "What kind of rules?"
Reon laid out the conditions, "One, you will love me for me. Two, you will always choose me. And three, we will live a private life."
Rehina, considering it, responded, "Well, since we are spitting rules, fourth, you will always talk to me about anything, no matter the case. fifth, never talk about my Beaumont status. And sixth, make me feel normal."
Reon agreed, saying, "Well, it's a deal."
Rehina teased, "It might look childish, but pinky swear," stretching her hand to Reon.
He chuckled and said, "It is kinda childish, but okay," and they pinky swore, sealing the agreement with a lighthearted gesture.
Rehina smiled and said, "It's official then. We are boyfriend and girlfriend."
Reon, still processing the sudden turn of events, remarked, "It kinda looks unreal, don't you think? Yesterday, I slept thinking the night would end with me kissing Morgan, but turns out I ended up having a Beaumont girlfriend. Sorry."
Rehina looked at him with a playful glint and said, "Don't sweat it now, please. May we dance it off, boyfriend?"
Reon, smiling, replied, "Oh, yeah."
After a wonderful time making love,
Gray and Elsa lay there, with Elsa on Gray's chest. She sighed contentedly, saying, "This was the perfect night I could ever wish for. Thanks, babe."
Gray, smiling and rubbing her hair, replied, "Always."
Elsa, realizing the time, added, "It's getting late, so we probably should start going."
Gray, grunting playfully, said, "Aww, it's crazy how time rushes when you're having the best time of your life."
Elsa smiled and said, "Life's mysteries, I guess. So, dress up. Let's pack these things in the car, and maybe we might get the strength to go at it again at my place."
Gray, amused, teased, "Oh, really? Why didn't you say so?" Waking up full of energy, he put on his trousers and started to carry things to the car. Elsa, smiling, remarked, "He is so dramatic," as she put on her clothes, enjoying the playful banter between them.
Latti sat at the table, feeling down, as Damon tried to speak to her. Overwhelmed by thoughts, she couldn't even hear what he said. Damon reached out, gently holding her shoulder, and said, "Are you okay?" bringing Latti back to her senses.
Latti, with a forced smile, replied, "Yeah, I'm fine."
Damon, sensing her reluctance, suggested, "Let's go dance."
Latti shook her head, "I'm not really feeling like dancing."
Damon, concerned, asked, "So what do you feel like doing, then?"
Latti sighed, "I don't know. Maybe distract me somehow."
Damon nodded, saying, "Okay." He stood, offering his hand, and pulled her from the chair. They headed to the garden, where people danced to the music, attempting to find a different atmosphere to lift Latti's spirits.
Morgan went to the women's toilet and sat there, looking at the mirror, tears streaming down her face. She whispered to herself, "Oh, Reon, everything I said, I didn't mean it. Truth be told, I have come to realize that hanging out with you made me happy. So, I slowly started having feelings for you too. I just said everything to make it easier for you to find it in your heart to move on because I can't choose between you and George. You are both equal in my heart. Please find happiness, my sama." The weight of her emotions echoed in the empty restroom
While crying, Morgan remembered how Reon held her close, his comforting words echoing in her mind. "Close your eyes and let the world fade away. Listen to the gentle cadence of my heartbeat – a steady rhythm that echoes the unspoken poetry between us. Feel it like a soothing wave, washing away the noise of the day, cleansing your mind of worries. In the quiet sanctuary of this heartbeat, let it be a melody that wraps around you, a tender distraction that whispers, 'You are here, and in this moment, nothing else matters.'" The memory of that intimate moment lingered, offering both solace and a bittersweet reminder of the connection they shared.
Morgan looking at herself she says well it's best for both of us anyways because George might also look like a jerk but i know how sweet he is despite the paint he shows to the world.
