The sun was beginning to set when he finally arrived at the counter. "One ticket please." Rody said as the man behind the register looked at him. Looking up and down his body. Rody could only assume it was because of his more disheveled appearance than a flirt. "What kind of ticket?" The man asked. "The cheapest one." Rody replied quickly. The guy ripped a green ticket from below the table. "150 euros." The man said. Rody refrained from letting out a quiet sigh as he handed over the acquired amount. "You are on the third floor, Back row, seat N, 30." The man in the ticket booth said as he handed over Rody's ticket. "Thank you." Rody said as he made his way to one of the set of grand doors. Entering inside the theater felt like a dream. With its high ceilings, extravagant lights, fancy stairs, and floors. One of the ticket checkers asked to see Rody's ticket. Rody showed it to her and she nodded pointing to the stairs guiding him to where he needed to go. Rody walked over holding his hand against the glass rail. Looking around the crowd of people. He looked out of place compared to their elegant dresses, and suits. Making all of the other attendees look upper middle class if not then insanely rich. Rody sighed and shook his head. Ignoring everyone else. He would be fine by himself. All he needed was to see the familiar long blonde hair of his beloved. He continued walking up the grand stairs making it to the top. He walked in through another set of double doors into a dark tunnel before eventually reaching the auditorium. It was just as massive as the rest of the theater. With high ceilings, boxes to the sides made for the highest of society lining the walls. On the stage were chairs and thick risers made for holding both instruments and players. While in the back, slightly to the side was a grand piano, and drum sets. There were already a few people on the stage. Tuning their instruments. Filling the room with the sounds of sweet melodies. It always seemed that even before the actual performance the tuning always sounded just as sweet. Like it was ready to blossom into something more. "Dang, I just got some inspiration." Rody whispered to himself. As he walked down the row and into his seat. His mind captured ideas for lyrics, and a possible melody. Making him oblivious until the familiar tune of the show begging snapped him out of his thoughts. The theater was packed with people. Bringing his attention to the stage. He looked over every single member before landing on the familiar blonde. In the flutes. His heart began to ache as he admired her beauty from afar. She was dressed in an elegant black dress he assumed she must have custom designed, if not tailored herself. Her hair was tied back with the same black ribbon he had last seen her in. Then the music began. The sweet melodies filled the air, his ears, his heart. He had to resist the urge to fall asleep to the lovely music. Luckily for him the sight of her was enough for him to not drift off into space. Roughly an hour had passed before it was intermission. Rody knew this was his chance. He got up from his seat with other members of the audience, and began to make his way outside. He had been here before for one of her performances. He knew where the members of the orchestra would go for breaks. The question was whether he would make it by or not?
