True to his word, Vincent arrived in a few minutes. He seemed surprised at the amount of luggage Rody was taking with him. "That's all?" He asked. A single suitcase in one hand, and his guitar case slung over his back. "Yeah everything else in the apartment was pre furnished." Rody explained. Vincent nodded as Rody and him walked downstairs to Vincent's car. Rody placed his luggage in the trunk as Vincent started the car. Rody walked inside slightly happy to be leaving the crappy old apartment, and now he got to live with his boyfriend. It would make things in life easier. "What did you do with your apartment key?" Vincent asked as he began to pull out. "I left it in the apartment." Rody said as he looked back to catch a glimpse of his landlady entering his apartment. "You don't think someone will steal it?" Vincent replied as Rody shrugged. To be honest he couldn't care less. Vincent remained silent. Shrugging it off as the two drove back to Vincent's apartment.

Rody couldn't help but feel happy when they arrived at Vincent's apartment. There apartment now. Walking inside Rody hadn't missed much. Vincent likely just got home when he had called. "So where do you want me to put my stuff?" Rody asked as Vincent shut the door behind him. "You can place your guitar somewhere in here, or the bedroom. I also need to organize my closet so we don't get clothes mixed up." Vincent said as he walked back towards his room Rody followed. Placing his guitar against a wall near the nightstand. "How many drawers are you going to need?" Vincent asked as he began grabbing spare hangers and moving them to his right. Rody opened his suitcase. "Two at most?" He replied. "That's all?" Vincent replied as he looked back at Rody who nodded. Vincent shrugged before walking over to the drawers. Rody walked over to the closet. Placing his suitcase to the side as he began to grab pants, and putting them over the wired hangers. While hanging his shirts onto the study cloth ones. Once Vincent finished moving things around drawers he moved back. Rody placed some of his shorter sleeved shirts in one drawer, and his underwear, and socks in another. "As soon as he was done he placed his hands on his hips. "Alright I'm moved in." He said as before turning back to Vincent who gave him a small chuckle. "Alright, now we can discuss other things about you living here." Rody furrowed a brow. "What other things?" He asked as he moved over and sat on the bed with Vincent. "Things like chores, and general housekeeping items." Rody made a o shape with his lips as he nodded his head. "Let me guess. You're doing the cooking?" Rody replied sarcastically. With Vincent getting the memo. "That means you have to clean the house." Vincent replied as Rody shrugged. "Fine by me." Rody said. "That includes, the living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and hallway. That is also including wiping down stuff vacuuming, dusting." Now all of that was beginning to sound like a lot. "Okay." Rody sighed as his shoulders slumped. "I was joking." Vincent said as Rody quickly realized that he had the joking tone. "Oh, right." Rody said as he blushed red with embarrassment. Vincent pressed a kiss to Rody's cheek. Bring some comfort to him. "You're also helping me grocery shop today." Vincent said as he began to stand up. Rody following, he didn't mind doing so. "Okay I don't mind."

Those were probably famous last words as they pulled up to a grocery store. Rody felt oddly out of place as they entered. He had never been to this particular store. It was much larger than the usual store he had been to. Not to mention every customer seemed to be more comfortable moving around. With several being dressed in outfits he would usually see customers wear. It made him wonder how expensive things were there. Not to mention how much more in order the place looked. A few kids were there with their parents. Making barely any ruckus compared to the times he saw kids who were almost always in the process to trash the store. Then again they were in a place where the people liked like they would murder you for even looking at them. So Rody didn't. Vincent passed him the shopping cart. Rody followed him. Making sure that his eyes only remain focused on the raven haired male in front of him. Something Rody was not complaining about. It helped to distract him from the fact that most of the people in the store were probably secretly judging him compared to them. Vincent paused as they got to the aisle full of different spices. Vincent grabbed a small bottle reading the label before placing it in the cart. As they continued to zip around the store. Out of the corners of his eyes he swore he saw people taking glances in his general direction. He could feel sweat starting to drip down the back of his neck. Entering the dairy aisle made him feel a bit more on edge. Though it provided some relief as only one other person was in the aisle. Vincent moved from in front of him to behind him to grab a product. It struck Rody as odd. "Are you okay? You seem stressed." Vincent said as he looked at Rody. Rody looked away before leaning closer to him. "I feel like everyone is judging me." Rody whispered. Vincent nodded as he shut the fridge door. "Then they are all idiots." Vincent replied as he placed the milk in the cart. "What is it with you calling anyone who had anything negative to say an idiot?" Rody asked. "Because it's the truth. They are merely envious, and have no better way to express themselves." Rody scoffed. "Envious of what?" Vincent cupped his chin forcing it upward. "Your confidence." Rody turned bright red as Vincent patted his cheek. "Keep your head high." Was all he said before walking away, beckoning him forward. Left dumbfounded, Rody followed. Now all the stares didn't feel as bad. Especially since Vincent's previous actions could melt almost everything else around him. Though keeping in mind Vincent's words Rody kept his chin up. Ignoring everyone else around him. It did add to his confidence. It did make him feel much better. More confident it made him excited for what would come next.
