Once they arrived back at home Rody had to use the restroom. Leaving Vincent to put away most of the groceries by himself. Lost in his own head as thought about where he planned to take Rody this evening. How would Rody react when he saw where he took him? What would Rody think of the surprise he had planned afterward. Vincent hoped he would like it. "HOLY SHIT!" Rody shouted, Vincent snapped back into reality as he rushed into the bathroom without a second thought. Rody stood in front of the mirror. Small purple bruises littered Rody's neck. Vincent turned bright red. Rody looked back at him. "Did you not notice until now?" Rody shouted as Vincent looked away. Feeling embarrassed. "Yeah." It was a lie. He honestly thought Rody knew when he took a shower that morning. He had worn a flannel over a long sleeved shirt with a higher neck collar. While it did hide most of the ones on his lower neck. A few were still left exposed. "I'm starting to think people were staring at me weirdly because of the hickey's" Rody said as Vincent shrugged before walking back over to him. "You were still more confident then them all." Vincent said as he kissed Rody's cheeks. Rody flushed a bright red. "Yeah, yeah, now I have to deal with these." Rody said as he playfully nudged him away. "We're also going out tonight." "Shit." Was all Rody said before he rushed into the bedroom. Vincent followed in as Rody began searching through his shirts. Clearly looking for anything to help cover up the hickey's. "Oh come on." Rody grumbled before searching through Vincent's half. "You don't mind do you?" Rody asked clearly, not caring for any response. "Don't take anything off that you aren't going to wear." Vincent replied as Rody eventually pulled a turtle neck hanging off of the hanger. He threw off his previous shirts and put on the turtleneck. It fitted him decently. The cloth hung on his skin. Giving Vincent a good view of how muscular he looked. Vincent knew he was quite bulky. Already had a great glance at how muscular his arms were in any shirt he wore. Now he had better look at his chest, and his stomach. Giving him a glimpse of his abs. Vincent kept as straight of a face as he could. The only thing really giving him away was the red blush now covering his face. Rody moved his arms around a bit. "It's a little tight but it works." Rody said as he began to walk over to Vincent. "Are you okay?" Rody asked as Vincent blinked a bit. "Yeah." Vincent replied, trying not to look at Rody's chest. Rody gave him a smile. "So what time did you want to go out?" Rody asked. "Around six." Rody nodded. "Okay, I just wanted to know because I've got band practice later this evening." Rody explained as Vincent nodded. It just worked out well with part of his plan for the evening. "Let me know if I need to pick you up." Vincent said as he brought a hand to Rody's cheek. Rody smiled as he brought his lips to Vincent's for a quick kiss. "I will, but also we should get a key for me since I'm going to be living here." Rody said. "I already have one." Vincent said as he walked over to the desk. Squatting down to the biggest drawer, and opening it. It was filled with paperwork, with a few pens, and pencils scattered amongst the end. He pulled up a stack of papers revealing a big book. A section had a noticeable gap between the pages. He slipped his hand in between the pages. Eventually feeling a familiar cold metal against his fingers. He pulled it out. It was gold in color, and quite small. He stood up, turned back to Rody and walked over to him and handed him the house key. "Don't lose it." Vincent said as he gave Rody a death stare. Rody looked a little terrified before placing it in his pocket. "Okay." Rody whispered, before Vincent relaxed and gave a peck on his cheek.

Vincent finished buttoning up his shirt. Before grabbing a comb and using it to straighten his hair. He had put on a black button up shirt all the way. Black slacks, black belt, and black dress boots. He felt a little nervous. Though he knew how to hide it well. When he felt his hair was straightened out he left the bathroom. Taking a deep breath he walked into the living room. Rody was sitting on the couch going over whatever song lyrics he had written on notepad. He hadn't changed his shirt. Still in the black turtle neck with a black leather jacket, tan plaid pants that paired weirdly well with the turtle neck. Vincent felt he had only chosen them as they matched well with his worn out brown shoes. He also noticed he was wearing a silver necklace with a small silver diamond on the end. A necklace that looked oddly familiar to him. "Did you steal that necklace from me?" Vincent asked as he leaned against the door frame. Rody jumped, dropping the pen from his hand. "Vince, you scared me." Rody replied as he stood up. "And the necklace?" Vincent asked as he walked over to Rody. "Yeah." Rody replied, looking away. A little terrified. Vincent shrugged. "It looks good on you, just next time ask if you want to wear any of my things." Vincent replied as he eyed Rody up and down. Rody nodded turning red before Vincent pressed a forehead kiss. "Now come on." Vincent said as he grabbed Rody's hand. Rody gave him a smile as the two left Vincent's apartment.
