"kurogiri, our exit and entrance, has been overcome. we're in a pinch." he seems oddly excited. bakugo let's out a laugh. "you careless bastard, you're just what i thought you'd be. only certain parts of you can turn into a misty warp gate. the fog gate covered your actual body, right? back then... if you were completely made of mist and physical attacks couldn't touch you, then you wouldn't have said 'that was close.'" kurogiri squirms, this time with the effort to stand. the explosions intensify. you know first hand how an explosion at that distance would feel against your back. "don't move!" he lets out an amused sound, leaning down with a sadistic grin. "if i feel like you're moving suspiciously, i'll blow your ass up so bad that they'll be piecing you together for weeks." he threatens with a smile.
"woah, that doesn't sound very heroic!" kirishima says, teasingly.
"they escaped uninjured and captured my two strongest men. kids these days really are amazing. they make the league of villains look like amateurs. can't have that." he turns to the nomu, still half suspended in ice and the warp gate. it lets out a shrill noise while descending into the gate, coming back out the other side. the entire right side of his body falls off, shattering in the ice. he struggles to stand, falling without his right limbs. his eyes move about as the ice shatters and he regenerates.
"what is this...? i thought you said his power was shock absorption...!" all might mutters in horror, both todoroki and midoriya looking properly frazzled. "how is that thing still moving...?" shigaraki smiles, though no one can see it. "i didn't say that was his only quirk. he also has super regeneration. nomu has been modified to take you on even at 100% of your power. he's basically a highly efficient punching bag that hits back.
"first, we need to free our method of escape. get him, nomu." you turn to bakugo and reach out as quickly as you can, but he disappears before you get the chance. "idiot, all might!" you growl out, glancing at where the nomu might come from. you push all might instead, and sora takes the place of both of you. she's slammed against the wall with a force no one should've been able to withstand, her head must've hit the wall because that's the only way to kill her. she dissipates, you won't be able to summon her for a few hours.
the nomu is bent over kurogiri, holding him instead. "kacchan!" midoriya yells, but bakugo is sitting beside the boy with wide eyes. "kacchan?!" he repeats, this time in surprise rather than worry. "you dodged? that's amazing!" midoriya praises. "no, shut up, scum!" kirishima tilts his head. "then how?" todoroki looks up. "then, that was..." but they're shocked to see no one there, but you and all might standing nearby unfazed both looking at the shattered wall in shock.
"is she..." all might starts, you cut him off.
"for a few hours." you finish, and he sighs a bit.
he steps forward, blood dripping from the corner of his mouth still. "do you not know how to hold back?" he asks, his lips tugged into a frown. sora had been eviscerated. if bakugo had been in her place... at least if it were you, you'd come back. if it were all might, he could probably withstand it with all that muscle. nomu had attacked the only one of you with no chance for survival.
