Ariana staggered out of her room and into the main room of the Man Cave. Her hair was a knot on top of her head. She was wearing pajama pants and an old t-shirt.
"Ariana, do you know why we're here?" Henry asked.
Ariana shook her head. "I just woke up."
"I can tell," Charlotte said.
"Hey, is that my shirt?" Henry asked.
Ariana frowned at the faded t-shirt she had on. "I don't know. Maybe?"
"There better be an emergency or something-," Charlotte said.
Screaming sounded from the elevator and the doors opened with a ding. Jasper walked out. The other three stared at him in disbelief. He wore an American flag onesie and his hair in curlers.
"I'm here!" Jasper announced.
"That's an emergency," Henry pointed at Jasper.
"Are you... why would... curlers?" Charlotte stammered.
"What, you thought my hair was naturally curly?" Jasper scoffed.
They all turned as a tube came down and Ray entered.
"Heyyy," he sighed happily. "Hello friends. Welcome. Welcome!"
"What's wrong with him?" Henry hissed to Ariana.
"I don't know."
"And now... I wanna introduce you guys to someone very special," Ray said.
A woman came down the tube.
"Who's that?" Charlotte asked.
Ariana shrugged.
"Looks like a woman," Henry said.
Charlotte shot a look at him.
"Wow, that was so helpful, Henry," Ariana's voice was laced with sarcasm.
"You're welcome," Henry said.
"Everyone... this is Gwen," Ray said after kissing the woman and taking her hand.
"Hi guys," Gwen said.
"Uh, hey," Charlotte said.
"What's up, Gwen," Henry said. He grabbed Ariana and pulled her along with him. "Hey. Ray, can I talk to you for a second."
Henry pushed Ray away from Gwen despite his protests.
"Are you crazy?" Henry demanded.
"What?"
"You can't bring some stranger down here in the Man Cave!" Henry said.
