Time, oh time, how fleeting you are,
A moment here, then gone so far,
A river that flows, forever near,
A force that holds both hope and fear.

You move so fast, you slip away,
A passing thought, a yesterday,
A memory that fades with age,
A story told on history's page.

You bring us joy, you bring us pain,
You heal our wounds, you leave a stain,
You teach us lessons, one by one,
You show us how life can be spun.

You give us love, you give us life,
You bring us peace, you bring us strife,
You shape us into who we are,
A journey that's both near and far.

So let us cherish every hour,
And use it wisely, with all our power,
For time is precious, time is dear,
And we must make the most of it here.

Let's fill our days with love and light,
And make each moment shine so bright,
For in the end, it's what we'll see,
The time we spent, the legacy.
