Within my heart there lies a flame,
A lust that cannot be tamed,
I crave the touch of another's skin,
And in my mind, the thoughts begin.
I cannot help but yearn and ache,
For all the pleasures that I can take,
I long to feel the passion's heat,
And in my lust, I am complete.
But lust is like a wildfire's blaze,
That leaves destruction in its wake,
And soon I'll find that I am lost,
At such a dear and bitter cost.
So let me shed this carnal need,
And seek instead a higher creed,
For in true love, I'll find my way,
And lustful thoughts will fade away.
