Clarke lets her body crumple onto the couch in her living room as soon as she gets home at around 6.45 PM. This was only her first day and she was already exhausted. Ms. Evergreen wasn't kidding about the long hours.

It takes Clarke well over 20 minutes to gather herself enough to get up and take off her ankle boots, then change into a comfortable outfit consisting of loose grey sweats and an old white t-shirt.

As her stomach starts rumbling, she looks over at the kitchen in despair. Even if she had groceries in her fridge right now, there was no way she'd be able to muster up the energy to cook. She hoped she would get used to this work rhythm soon so that she could change that, because ordering out every night did not fit into her budget or her 'stay somewhat healthy-' plans.

Clarke grabs her phone and sees a message from her fiancé already waiting on her lockscreen.

The blonde smiles when she sees his contact name, Finn Colander. In college, she always jokingly referred to him as Colander instead of Collins because his stories to impress girls back then always had holes in them.

She had never told him why that was her name for him though. He simply thought it was close to his actual last name, which was also accurate. And now, her own inside joke still made her giggle, so even though they were engaged to be married, he was still Colander to her.

The blonde rolls her eyes before closing the message app and opening the app to order food instead.

She loved Finn, but he could be so obnoxious and self-absorbed at times, even this many years after college.

After ordering herself some Indian curry, Clarke makes herself comfortable on her couch in a nest of pillows and a fuzzy blanket, she pulls out her personal computer, and she starts typing up her second report for the FBI. In this report, she writes down all of her findings and suspicions thus far as well as her plans to gather more information.

She's just about done with her report, and she gets ready to submit it when the doorbell rings and her food arrives.

The streetlights have been on for a while by the time Lexa arrives at her home at 8.56 PM. When she opens the door to her condo, she is greeted by her girlfriend, and Costia's best friend, Aliyah.

They are both sitting cuddled up under a blanket on their large L-shaped couch with a glass of wine in hand, watching a movie. Both women look up as Lexa steps in and Lexa greets them before asking, "Have the both of you eaten? I was thinking of ordering Indian food."

Costia responds for them both and says, "We went out for dinner, so we are good. Thanks babe."

Lexa sighs inwardly at the thought of eating by herself again, but then walks behind the couch, tilts Costia's head backwards gently with her two fingers under the other woman's chin, and presses a quick peck to her girlfriend's lips.
