"You are so not fine," Clarke says indignantly.

Ms. Evergreen's eyes meet hers and they seem more focused as she shoots Clarke a glare.

"Wait here, I am getting Lincoln, you are going home," the blonde says firmly, already making her way towards the door.

"No. I am fine," Lexa repeats, anger seeping through her usually calm voice.

But Clarke ignores her and when she returns with the handsome bodyguard, Lexa's head is back on her arms as she sits in her chair, slumped over.

"She needs to go home, she cannot work like this, she is sick," Clarke speaks to Lincoln.

"You're right," Lincoln responds, glancing at his boss, who doesn't seem to have the energy to lift her head right now.

"Was she like this when you drove her here?"

"No, I mean... Yeah, she was sick, but not this sick."

"Then why would you even bring her here? She is clearly too sick to be here, she needs to be at home to rest," Clarke hisses at the tall man.

"I tried telling her that, but one does not simply disobey orders from Ms. Evergreen," Lincoln says, half serious, but a cheeky smile threatens to break through his features. "She insisted she was fine, and she really did not look this bad," he adds.

Clarke sighs, looks at Lexa once again, then says, "I'll grab her things, we are taking her home right now whether she likes it or not."

Lincoln simply nods and addresses their boss, "You heard her, let's go, Ms. Evergreen."

Lexa glares at Lincoln now and shakes her head while Clarke starts putting Lexa's things in her bag and hoists it over her shoulder.

"We are going. And you better cooperate before I take you to Urgent Care first. Can you walk?" Clarke says calmly.

"I am fine," Lexa repeats once again before slowly pushing herself up and swaying dangerously.

Clarke is immediately at her side and she wraps her arm around Alexandria's waist, holding her steady just like the brunette had done for her when she had a bit too much to drink.

Lincoln rushes to Lexa's other side and says, "I got her," supporting their boss easily.

Clarke takes a step away, a small flash of disappointment hitting her, but she holds the door open and follows the duo into the elevator, then towards the car.

Clarke sits in the back with Ms. Evergreen, and she anxiously keeps an eye on the brunette who seems to be falling into a restless sleep as a bead of sweat makes its way down her forehead.

"We're here," Lincoln says, turning his head back to look at the two women. "Let me help you get her to her condo."

"Thank you," Clarke says sincerely.

Lincoln gently sits Lexa down on the couch in the living room and then he says, "I'm heading back to the office, the place won't guard itself. Are you riding with me or are you going home?"

"I am staying here," Clarke says, eyeing Alexandria, who looks like she's sleeping again.

Lincoln nods and leaves without another word and Clarke takes off her jacket, then drops both bags she is still carrying on the floor.

"Ms. Evergreen?" she tries, then she says it a little louder as she gently shakes the brunette by the shoulder.

Lexa opens her eyes and mumbles, "Hmm?"

"You should get into something more comfortable. You can't sleep in that suit."

Lexa nods her head vaguely, but doesn't make any attempt to get up, so Clarke makes the executive decision to find some more comfortable clothes for her boss herself.
