The long awaited day for Tsukiyo to face Sanemi in their spar has finally arrived.

The news had spreaded like wildfire, drawing the attention of those Hashiras not currently on mission – Mitsuri, Shinobu, Tengen, Muichiro, and Obanai – who arrived to lend their support and bear witness to this pivotal moment.

The anticipation crackled in the air as they gathered to witness the long-awaited spar between Tsukiyo and Sanemi.

Despite the nerves coiling in her stomach, Tsukiyo stood tall, her determination bolstered by the training she had undergone with Mitsuri and Shinobu. Their guidance had prepared her for this moment, instilling within her a sense of confidence that she would need to face the formidable Wind Hashira.

"Ready to take me on, Amano? Don't tell me you're getting cold feet," Sanemi teased, a smirk playing on his lips as he stretched his arms.

"Today's the day I defeat you, Shinazugawa. Get ready to follow my orders for a month!" Tsukiyo retorted, her voice steady despite the fluttering in her chest.

With a nod of acknowledgment from Tengen, who is the judge, the tension reached its zenith as the match was officially declared underway. "Let the flashiness begin!" Tengen's booming voice echoed across the training ground, signaling the start of what promised to be an electrifying battle between two Hashiras.

"Give it your all, Tsukiyo! You've got this!" Mitsuri's voice rang out with unwavering support for her friend.

"I don't see Tsukiyo winning this one," Muichiro remarked quietly, his eyes fixed on the unfolding match.

"Facing Shinazugawa is no easy feat," Obanai chimed in, though he softened his tone when he noticed Mitsuri's disappointment. "But with the effort Tsukiyo has put in, she might just surprise us."

"Let's just enjoy the spectacle," Shinobu interjected with a smile, her gaze fixed on the intense battle between the two Hashiras.

As Tsukiyo and Sanemi faced off in the training ground, the tension crackled in the air, almost tangible to the watching eyes. The spar ignited with a flurry of strikes and evasive maneuvers, each combatant testing the other's limits with ferocity and skill.

"Come on, Amano! Show me what you've got!" Sanemi's voice echoed across the field as he launched another relentless attack.

Tsukiyo, determined and focused, matched Sanemi blow for blow, her movements swift and calculated. "I'm not backing down, Shinazugawa!"

Their clash of blades filled the air with a symphony of steel, each strike resonating with the intensity of their resolve.

Despite the fierce competition, there was a mutual respect between them, a recognition of each other's strength and determination.

As the battle raged on, it became evident that victory hung in the balance, teetering on the edge between the two Hashiras.

Tsukiyo fought with every ounce of her being, her spirit unyielding even as fatigue threatened to overwhelm her.

In the end, it was a close contest, with Sanemi narrowly emerging as the victor. "Not bad, Amano," he acknowledged, a hint of grudging respect in his voice. "But remember, losing means you're at my beck and call for a month. Better be ready to follow my orders starting tomorrow."

Tsukiyo's shoulders sagged slightly, but she offered a small, determined smile. "You were the better fighter today, Sanemi," she conceded, her voice steady despite her disappointment. "I'll honour our bet and follow your orders for the next month, but don't expect me to make it easy for you."

There was a flicker of surprise in Sanemi's eyes at Tsukiyo's resilience, but it quickly gave way to a smirk. "I wouldn't expect anything less," he replied, a hint of admiration underlying his tone. "I'll be sure to keep you on your toes."

As Tsukiyo and Sanemi caught their breath, the surrounding Hashiras exchanged murmurs of astonishment and encouragement.

"Bravo! That was quite the spectacle,"  Tengen exclaimed, his booming voice resonating with admiration. "Tsukiyo, you showed incredible resilience out there. Don't let this loss discourage you. It's all part of the journey to greatness."

"Wow, that was an amazing battle," Mitsuri chimed in, her eyes sparkling with admiration. "You really held your own, Tsukiyo!"

Shinobu nodded in agreement, her smile warm. "Yes, you did exceptionally well, considering it was your first spar against Sanemi."

Muichiro, ever the stoic observer, offered a rare compliment. "Impressive," he said simply, a hint of approval in his usually monotone voice.

Obanai, though reserved, couldn't help but acknowledge Tsukiyo's efforts. "You've shown remarkable progress," he remarked, his tone gruffer than usual but not unkind.

Encouraged by their words, Tsukiyo straightened her posture, determination shining in her eyes. "Thank you all," she said, her voice firm. "I'll make sure to be ready for whatever Shinazugawa throws my way."

"We'll see about that," Sanemi replied gruffly, a subtle nod of approval underscoring his words. "Don't disappoint me, Amano."

With that, he turned away, concealing any further signs of approval behind his customary facade of aloofness. But deep down, he couldn't help but feel a sense of respect for Tsukiyo's determination and resilience.
