THOUGHTS SWARM THE DOCTORS HEAD AND NONE OF THEM WERE GOOD. Lily could be anywhere right now, maybe even Rose and Jack, and there he was stuck sonicing at a door that clearly wasn't going to budge anytime soon. His aggravation began to grow at how useless he felt. "Doctor?" Lynda called from where she sat on the sofa beside Strood and Crosbie, the other two housemates who when they told him their names he could care less. "They said all the housemates must gather on the sofa. You've got to."

He answered without turning his back or stopping his work. "I'm busy getting out, thanks."

"But if you don't obey, then all the housemates get punished."

With a small groan and a roll of his eyes, the Doctor backed away from the door. "Well, maybe I'll be voted out, then." He jokes before joining them on the sofa, right beside Crosbie.

Strood glared. "How stupid are you?" He gave him a bitter laugh. "You've only just joined, you're not eligible!"

Lynda warned him. "Don't try anything clever or we all get it in the neck."

The TV, which constantly portrayed a space eye icon, seemed to brighten in color as a female voice announced through its stereos. "Big Brother House this is, Davina Droid." They all took one another's hands, including Crosbie taking the Doctors, who didn't seem to notice the harsh looks he was giving her for touching him. "Crosbie, Lynda, and Strood, you have all been nominated for eviction. And the eighth person to be evicted from the Big Brother House is - " There was a pause for 'dramatic effect' and then- "Crosbie!"

When Crosbie heard her name she let go of the Doctor's hand. Right after being freed he headed back and sunk into the sofa, bored out of his mind. Lynda shrieked in horror and cried. "I'm sorry!" She reached over Strood to hug her. "Oh, I'm sorry! Sorry!"

"Oh, it should've been me," Strood added, the three of them standing and his turn in hugging her. "Oh, that's not fair, Crosbie love."

"Crosbie, you have ten seconds to make your farewells, and then we're going to get you!"

They continued their trek to .. wherever they went. The Doctor didn't bother to turn back and watch, resting his hands behind his head.

"I won't forget you!" Lynda cried.

"I'm sorry I stole your soap," The Doctor heard Crosbie add.

"I don't mind, honestly," Lynda admitted.

"Thanks for the food," Strood spoke. "You're a smashing cook. Bless you."

"Crosbie, please leave the Big Brother House."

Only when he heard a door slide open, the Doctor twisted his body to watch Crosbie exit through it under an arch made by Lynda and Strood. With a wave from Lynda, the door shut. "I don't believe it." She croaked into Strood's chest. "Crosbie . ."

"It's only a game show." The Doctor reminded them. "She'll make a fortune on the outside. Sell her story, release a record, fitness video, all of that! She'll be laughing!"

"What do you mean on the outside?" Lynda asked with a confused tone in her voice.

The TV flashed and Crosbie appeared on the screen in a small all-white room, standing perfectly still in the center. Lynda and Strood retook their seats, on the edge of the sofa as they watched. The Doctor stayed in his sunken-in position. "What are they waiting for?" He asked impatiently. "Why don't they just let her go?"
