Continuing from 'Bad Wolf - Part III'

"HEY HANDSOME." The Doctor turned after hearing a familiar voice enter the observation deck. When it happened to be Jack without Rose the Doctor didn't know how to feel. "Good to see you?" The Doctor noted a large makeshift gun at Jack's side. "Any sign of Lily or Rose?"

The Doctor shook his head. "Rose I'm guessing wasnt with you?"

"We were in this kitchen when this white light pulled us away." Jack nodded his head at him. "Did the same to you and Lily, I see."

The Doctor stayed silent and knew Jack would see that as a good enough answer. The time lord continued his sonicing on what seemed to be an older model of a console. "Can't you track them down?"

"They must still be inside the games." Jack worried. "All the rooms are shielded."

The Doctor went back to sonicing the gray box, aggravation only growing. "If I can just get inside this computer." He ripped out some connecting wires from it. "They've got to be here somewhere."

Jack warned him, scratching a spot on his wrist."Well, you'd better hurry up- these games don't have a happy ending."

That sent the Doctor over the edge. "Do you think I don't know that?" He yelled at Jack and continued hastily working on the mess in his hands.

It didn't faze Jack who only took off his wrist computer and handed it over. "Patch this in. It's programmed to find them." The Doctor wordlessly took it and hooked it to the wires. As he did so Jack noticed Lynda standing nearby. "Hey, there." He sent a wink her way.

Lynda couldn't help but blush. "Hello."

"Captain Jack Harkness." He stuck out his hand and grinned as she shook it,

"Lynda Moss."

"Nice to meet you, Lynda Moss."

The Doctor paused his work for two seconds to look at them and rolled his eyes. "Do you mind flirting outside?"

"I was just saying hello!" Jack protested as he let go of Lynda's hand.

"For you, that's flirting." The Doctor countered back.

Lynda butted in. "I'm not complaining."

"Muchas gracias." He smirked, kissing the back of her hand.

The Doctor groaned. "It's not compatible! This stupid system doesn't make sense!" The anger and desperation to get Lily back, to get Rose, boiled over and sent the Doctor to rip off the casing that Jack took from him. "This place should be a basic broadcaster, but the systems are twice as complicated!" He exclaimed as her continued with the wires and Jack's wrist computer. "It's more than just television. This station's transmitting something else!"

"Like what?" Jack asked.

"I don't know." He admitted feeling defeated. "This whole Bad Wolf thing's tied up with me. Someone's manipulated my entire life." He growled. "It's some sort of trap and Lily and Rose are stuck inside it." He looked down at the wrist computer and cheered when it flashed. "Found them- floor four hundred and seven!"

Lynda gasped. "Oh, my god!" She took the Doctor's arm and they watched as horror and fear filled her eyes. "They're with the Anne-Droid! You've got to get them out of there!"

"We are now in sudden death territory." The Anne-Droid announced to the camera. After the sisters were asked various questions, most of them beyond their knowledge, Lily managed to correctly answer one and Rose two. The ginger's right hand stayed intertwined with the blonde's left. "If Lily answers this next question correctly it'll be a tie. If not, Rose wins. Let's begin!"
