(Aurelia's Pov)
December 27th
Things have been pretty calm in the manor.

Mattheo told me he understands why I need to cut ties.

And he was right. Mattheo should really take up a career in therapy.

But besides that, me leaving hasn't been brought up.

Things with Draco and I have been strange though.
We act like our argument never happened.

"The girls are going shopping today. I can't wait to see what they buy." Said Theo.

"They're gonna look hot as fuck." Said Mattheo.

"Aurelia you have a nice dress? You're gonna need one for the banquet." Said Enzo.

"Banquet?" I asked.

"Every year we go to the New Year's Eve banquet." Said Enzo.

"Who's all invited?" I asked.

"The wealthy and the purebloods. I fit into both of course." Said Draco.

I rolled my eyes.

"Do I have to go?" I asked.
"Hell yeah. You can't miss out." Said Mattheo.

"I don't even have anything to wear."

"You don't. I saw your closet, nothing fits the standard. Disappointing really." Said Draco.

"Aurelia doesn't have a gown lying around? That's absurd." Said Theo.

"I guess I need to shop then." I said.

"I'll get Daph to pick you up. Her Astoria, and Pans are going." Said Mattheo.

"I can go some other day by myself." I said.
"Why?" Asked Enzo.

"I don't wanna intrude."
"They're not like that." Said Theo.

I'm still iffy with Daphne. She's a cool girl, but I can't get the image of her and Enzo shagging out of my mind.

"I don't kno-"
"They're on the way." Said Draco.

"I don't wanna go toda-"
"Now or never. The last thing I wanna do is take you shopping." Said Draco.

I headed upstairs, and quickly got dressed.
Suddenly there was a knock on my room door.

"What do you want?" I said.
"Take this." Said Draco.

He gave me a credit card.

"Who's is this?"

"Mine. You're using it."
"Why?" I asked.

"Because. We're making you go to the ball. It's unfair to also make you pay."

"Draco I have money."
"I don't care. You're using my card."

"I don't need it."
I went to grab my purse, but he grabbed it first.

"Don't pull that shit." I said.
Suddenly my purse vanished.

"Draco!"
"You'll get it back when you buy a dress."

"What's the price limit?"
"$10,000 minimum." He said.
