(Mattheo's Pov)
"Tell me about it." I said sitting on Astorias bed.
"I've skipped meals, I'm constantly counting calories, I avoid specific foods. I just have this fear of my body changing."
"But as you age your bodies naturally gonna change, and that's okay." I said.
"I'm scared I won't accept myself."
"Astoria you should accept yourself no matter what. Your body may change, but your heart never will."
"What about models? They're on strict diets, and it works no matter how old they are."
"You missed my entire point. And don't compare yourself to models, their diets are unhealthy. Don't do that shit to yourself."
Astoria shrugged.
"Are your eating habits an attempt to get skinnier, or are they to make sure your body doesn't change from now?"
"It's complicated. I see girls bigger then me and they're perfect, I see girls smaller then me and they're perfect, but for some reason I don't think I'm perfect." She said.
"Is their something specific you don't like about yourself?" I asked.
"I've got no boobs, no ass, I feel like a teenage boy. What man wants a girl who's built like that? But at the same if I go eat a bunch of food my stomach won't be flat anymore. I don't know what men would prefer."
"Why are you basing your insecurities off of what men want? If you want an insecurity be original. Like I think my ears are too small, but when have you heard a girl complain about a man's ears?"
She turned my head to the side.
"Oh my god they are tiny, but in a cute way.
She giggled.
I chuckled and shook my head.
"What about you. Do you have any not basic insecurities?" I asked.
"My eyes are too big for my face, I look like a bug." She said.
"That's not true, you've got such an adorable little face." I said pinching her cheek.
"Mattheo this is serious."
"You know I saw you in a movie once. It was a documentary about you called A Bugs Life."
Astoria gasped.
"Mattheo!"
I started laughing, and she giggled a bit.
"There's that pretty smile of yours." I said.
"You think my smiles pretty?"
"If someone put you in a room with depressed people your smile would cure all of them."
Astoria laughed.
"You're becoming funny."
"I've always been funny." I said.
"You never showed it. Theo and Enzo have always been outgoing, and Draco, well he's Draco. But you were always quieter."
"I'm a bit introverted." I said.
"Have you always been introverted?"
I leaned against her headboard and sighed.
"I was always ignored as a kid because people were scared. And when you're constantly being ignored you lose the motivation to keep talking." I said.
