Zac was rapping up some things when he received a phone call from his new client Chelsea!
Phone Call
Zac, "Hello Ms. Sanders, How are you today?"
Chelsea, "My day is getting better by the minute! I needed to meet with you to discuss some things pertaining to the renovations being made on my new property! Will you be able to meet me at the Bistro off of 4th and Jefferson?
Zac, "Yes that's perfect! Is 12 alright with you?"
Chelsea, "That's fine! I'll be there! Thank you!"
Zac, "You're welcome! I'll see you then!"
The call ended and Zac received a text from Fatima about lunch! He told her he couldn't make it because he had a business meeting! Zac seen this as a great opportunity because he could kill two birds with one stone! Handle business and eat because he didn't have any breakfast! Zac finished his paperwork and left to head to his lunch meeting!
When he arrived Chelsea was waiting in the Foyer of the Bistro!

Chelsea was stunning and Zac definitely took notice but she wasn't Fatima so he knew off rip he wasn't as attracted to her!
Chelsea, "Mr. Taylor, right on time with 5 minutes to spare!"
Zac, "Well I pride myself on Punctuality Ms. Sanders! I'm just quick like that!"
Chelsea blushed, "Well I hope you're not quick in everything you do!" *Winking*
Zac took notice of the gestures and realized this business meeting could turn into a personal venture at any given moment! The waitress came and sat them at their seats! They ordered their food and Zac began to conduct his meeting! Chelsea kept bouncing her breasts and at one point she even rubbed her foot up his thigh but he wasn't interested! Her touch didn't even send him there the way Fatima's did! He was instantly hard from looking at T and he knew he wouldn't find that anywhere else!
Zac, "Why do I have a feeling this meeting isn't as much professional as it is personal?"
Chelsea, "Mr. Taylor, what would give you that idea?"
Zac, "Well for starters you practically attempted to fill me up under the table! I like to keep things professional and I don't mix business with pleasure"!
Chelsea listened to Zac's concerns and made the attempt to keep things professional!
Chelsea, "The property is an apartment building! We are planning to rent out to low income families through government funding! I need the building to look exquisite! It should not give off low income housing! When I seen your portfolio, I knew you were the right man for the job!"
Zac, "Well our work definitely speaks for its self so thank you! What is the budget?"
Chelsea, "Our budget is 1.5 million for renovations and 500,000 for miscellaneous! We want each facility to have its own washer and dryer connects and we will be furnishing based on the needs of the families accepted off the waiting list!"
Zac, "That's actually a great budget start up! How many units?"
Chelsea, "There are 50 units! 25 buildings which includes two units! The structure is already there! We just need someone to see our vision!"
Zac, "Oh I can already see it! What is the rate?"
Chelsea, "Our budget included 5 million! 2 million for the renovations and all appliances and 2 million for your company and associates and 1 million for the labor!"
Zac, "That's actually a perfect number because I have 5 guys who would receive a commission of 400,000 plus I see that you bought the property from one of my partners Jake Butler and You've also gotten your blueprints from another partner of mine Tony Joseph!"
Chelsea, "Oh yes! We only work with the best and that was you guys! Everything is in place and the money is ready whenever you will be able to begin the renovations!"
Zac, "What's the time frame you're looking for this to be done?"
Chelsea, "I would say 6 months roughly!"
Zac, "Seeing as though you already have everything in place I would say 4 1/2 months at the most because like I told you earlier we work efficiently!"
Chelsea, "Well if it can be done by that time! That would actually align perfectly!"
Zac noticed his dick started getting hard and he didn't know why! What he didn't consider is Fatima had just entered the Bistro and spotted him and she was pissed!
Angela, "Ain't that Zac?"
Lori, "He said he had a meeting!"
Fatima, "Looks like he's handling something else to me smiling and cheesing in this bitch face! This shit looks suspect!"
Jake and Tony recognize Chelsea and tried to interject but was shot down quickly by all women so they decided not to bother!
Zac was trying to hide his boner and Fatima was already at the table!
Fatima, "So this is why you couldn't have lunch with me cause you skinnin and grinnin with a bitch!"
Zac, "Yooo Fatima watch your mouth and let me explain!"
Fatima, "Nah you have nothing to tell me and your dick is hard asf! Zachary you're trying my fucking patience!"
Chelsea, "I'm sorry this is a bit much! Mr. Taylor we will figure out the details later!" And with that Chelsea left!
Fatima, "Bye Bitch! *looking at Zac* Really this is what we do?"
