*Ollie's pov*
The whole way to school I don't even focus on the journey but instead texting my girl.
'How's my baby?'
'Not that well.'
'You okay, princess? What happened?'
'Just got a bad tummy ache or something. I'm still at school though.'
'I'm so sorry to hear my girl in pain. Anyway I can help?'
'Ah, don't you worry. The best way of helping is just being here.'
'Get better beautiful, I'll see you in five.'I grimace putting down my phone. I know when females have it bad when it comes to tummy problems.
"Just drop me off here." I tell the driver.
He does as I wish as I go and try find my girlfriend.I spot her talking to Maeve sitting down on a stair step clinging her midriff. She didn't look like her normal self- more pale and her pretty face twisted. "Oh hey, Ols." Maeve smiles when I appear. Ami's head whips up so quickly her hair smacks her face. "Ols?" Her face lights up and her eyes dilates.
"How's my princess?" I scope her up in my arms and sit down myself so she was on my lap.
"Not good." She grimaces and digs her face into my chest.
"Sorry babe but imma have to go meet Kai, I said I would meet him at this time." Her bestfriend winces.
"Don't worry about us, Maeve." I smile up at her. "I have my baby now."
She grins in return, blows us a kiss and hurries away.
"Here." I hand Ami my headphones and press play on 'Dear April' by Frank Ocean. "This will take your mind off the pain."
She clings onto my neck and sighs. "What would I do without you?"
"You would be lost." I pinch her nose playfully making her squirm. "Go on, listen."
She puts one headphone on and gives me the other one snuggling up in my lap.
"I need to listen to Frank more."
"That's what we can agree on."I see in my peripheral vision Ami's arms wrapped around her stomach once again rocking backwards and fourth. She obviously was in so much pain, even someone as dumb as Liam could see that. I throw my hand up in the air. "Miss, can I please take Ami to reception?" My girlfriend's head whips around as she stares at me with and unreadable expression.
"Yeah, yeah go on. Take your stuff with you while you're at it." Miss Tanner replies without even turning around from the whiteboard.
"Thanks Miss." I walk over to Am's desk and picks up her school bag. "Come on then." She blinks, her eyes huge as she rises to her feet.
After we get out of the classroom, I notice a big stain on her skirt. "Am baby, here." I drop our bags, using my hands to take off my jumper.
"Wha- what you doing?"
I wrap my jumper around her waist, tightening it. "You just started." I reply tucking a loose hair around her ear. She immediately blushed and pressed her arms onto my chest. "Oh wait, that makes sense now."
I shrug my shoulders.
"But that's so embarrassing, oh my gosh."
"Why? Because you are a girl? No baby, it's nature."
"Still embarrassing."
"I've seen you worse." I smirk.
"Whe- oh."
"See." I pull her chin to face me.
She flushed hot. "How did I score you?"
"Come on let's go to reception." I smile picking up our bags once again."What you here for?" The reception lady asked chewing on some gum.
"To go home."
"Both of you?"
I looked at Ami still struggling on a chair. "Yes, both of us."
"Be gone." And with that she carried on typing away. Okay then.
"Come on, we're free."
"We? You can't skip with me, Ols."
"I can and I will especially when you're in pain."
"Now I really am lucky." She breathes stranding up.
"I'm the lucky one."
