Tutoring troubles

*Ami's pov*

"Turn to page 116 please, Miss Carter." I do as what I was told. "Now read and answer the questions on the next page." I groan at my tutor, Mr Goodall. He was a strange old man that the school hired to tutor me. I was failing my classes after that dreadful second year so thank God it's finally summer. But instead of relaxing on the beach, guess where I was?! Correct, a classroom. "Do you not want good grades Miss Carter?"
"I do, sir bu-"
"No buts!" I rolled my eyes. Suddenly, smirking, I mentally imagined myself pulling his grey wisps of hair out of their sockets. Ha! "Something funny Miss Carter?"
"No, sir."
"Good. Now do what you were told."
Begrudgingly, I did what I was told with one, huge scowl on my face. "And pack that scowl away." Who even was this man?

Finishing all three subjects for today: maths, science and history, I jumped up out of my chair. "Excellent progress, Miss Carter. I'm am so sure you'll be top of your class next year!" My teacher joyfully exclaims. "You are free to go."
"Thanks and bye, sir."
Running off towards the door, I push through them, immediately eyeing the library standing directly opposite me. Slipping my headphones on, I skip towards my safe place with no care in the world.
Picking up a few classics, I head off to the counter. But to my dismay, I stop in my tracks, facing the vile creature standing behind it. "Why the fuck are you here?" I growl. "I could ask you the same question, 'blindness bitch.'"
"Stop calling me that!"
"Make me." Ciara said pushing a stack of books to the side.
"And why should I listen to you?"
"Who else are you going to follow in life my innocent soul?"
"Definitely not a librarian that's for sure." Her cheeks immediately turned red. "Lower you damn voice."
"Why? Are you embarrassed that you're working?" Her eye twitched. "I mean personally, I thought you made enough working as a prostitute." Leaning over the desk, she grabbed my ponytail. Instantly, my head dropped so hard. "Ouch, fucking let go you bitch!" I screamed. "I said let me go!" She didn't comply but instead pulled harder.
"Listen to me you dumb slag," She roared. "You ar-"
"Let her go." A familiar voice said. I hadn't heard that voice properly in years and I didn't like the sound of it. To my surprise, Ciara immediately listened. "If I catch you telling anyone I work here, I'll break you in half." She spat.
"You'll do no such thing." My ex crush told her.
"No Kier, I wi-"
"You'll do no such thing." Kieron repeated. Turning to face me, he asked, "And how are you Am?"
"I'm fine." I stated. He shifted from one foot to another, clearly uncomfortable. Good. "The only reason why Cia is here is because...well." He turned red. "Why you telling the brat?" My ex friend flatly stated. "Well, it's because Ciara's parents caught us well you know."
"No, I don't." I did but it was just funny to see him like this. "Doing it."
"Doing what?" I innocently stated. "Gosh, you are going to die a virgin." Ciara rolled her eyes.
"Of course I know what you mean, it's just funny to see you uncomfortable."
"Yes, so doing it and then cut her allowance off." Kieron filled in.
"Predictable, you started in first year guys."
"So, that's why I'm here." Ciara blankly stated.
"Thanks for the explanation, have fun!" I sarcastically said getting ready to get far away from my bullies.
"So, now that you know." Kieron said pulling my hand. "Don't tell anyone my my girlfriend is working or I won't protect you next time she attacks you." Girlfriend? "Why is it such a big deal?"
"Just leave it, freak." Ciara sneered.
"Yeah, yeah whatever. I really don't give a fuck."
"Good."
"Now librarian, put these books on my card." I grinned. Chewing her gum, Ciara narrowed her eyes. "Call me that again, I dare you bitch."
"Librarian."
"Kieron!"
