The party had wound down, leaving only the Avengers, Agent Hill, and Dr. Cho scattered among the plush couches, their conversations mingling in the air like a symphony of voices.

Indigo found herself nestled next to Nat, who shot her a subtle side-eye that spoke volumes. It was clear to Indigo that Nat's gaze was about Bucky.

"You couldn't have kissed Natasha to get rid of Rumlow, I don't believe it," Hill says with disbelief.

Hill's remark elicited a hearty laugh from Indigo, who glanced mischievously over at Steve, catching him with his head buried in his hands, undoubtedly from embarrassment.

Indigo's laughter bubbled forth as she responded, "I had no choice, Maria! Rumlow was practically staring us down, and Steve was frozen solid."

Maria Hill raised an eyebrow, feigning disbelief. "And here I thought you were the epitome of cool under pressure, Indigo."

Natasha chimed in with a playful smirk, "Oh, Maria, you act surprised, but that wasn't even our first kiss."

Indigo's laughter escaped in an uncontrollable burst, her hand instinctively flying to cover her mouth as she glanced over at Steve, whose expression bordered on sheer disbelief.

Steve's eyes widened in astonishment, his features frozen in a mixture of shock and amusement at the revelation.

Amidst their conversation, Clint's voice pierced through the air with sudden urgency, shouting, "But it's a trick!"

Indigo's attention snapped to Clint's words, her curiosity piqued as she realized they were discussing Thor's hammer, Mjolnir. She exchanged a knowing glance with Thor, her belief unwavering as he affirmed the enchantment that rendered only the worthy capable of wielding it.

Thor's retort resonated with a sense of gravity as he countered Clint's skepticism. "Oh, no. It's much more than that."

Clint, undeterred, scoffed in response, his tone dripping with sarcasm as he mimicked Thor's earlier words. "Uh, 'Whosoever be he worthy shall haveth the power!' Whatever, man! It's a trick."

Thor's expression remained steadfast, a calm assurance radiating from him as he extended an invitation with a casual wave of his hand. "Well, please, be my guest."

The challenge hung in the air, daring Clint to put his doubts to the test, while Indigo watched with a mixture of anticipation and amusement, curious to see how it would unfold.

Indigo watched with bated breath as Clint, after some persuasion, rose from his seat and approached the legendary hammer.

"You know I've seen this before, right?" Clint remarked with a hint of skepticism, his hand tentatively reaching out to grasp the handle. With a grunt of effort, he attempted to lift the hammer, but his efforts were met with stubborn resistance.
