"Your birthday is in five days" Destiny said holding ja'rods hand.
"Mhm"
"Are you excited?"
"Not really" he shrugged.
"Daddy! Daddy!" Kaiser yelled as he ran towards ja'rod and Destiny causing the couple to place their attention on him.
"What's wrong Kaiser?" Destiny asked.
"This boy took my captain America action figure and he won't give it back"
Ja'rod smacked his lips before standing up, "where he at?"
"Right there" Kaiser pointed at the boy.
"Aight" he look down at Destiny, "i'a be right back"
Destiny watched as the father and son walked towards the little boy and began talking.
She watched as ja'rod took the toy away from the little boy and hand it back to Kaiser. She bit her bottom lip and crossed her legs as ja'rod walked back.
"Why you lookin' like that?" He asked, sitting down next to her.
"I love when you're in dad mode" she smiled.
"Yea?"
"Mmmhmm" she moved closer to his ear, "it makes me so—"
Ja'rod looked at her before smacking his teeth, "you betta stop playin fa' I put a baby in you'"
"I'm not but—" she cut herself off with a shrug, "whatever"
"Freak ass" he shook his head with a chuckle.
"Do you have someone that can watch Kaiser? Can Ms Monica?"
"Prolly" he shrugged, "why?"
"Cause I need her to watch him for like a week"
"A week?" He said before shaking his head, "nah"
"Baby" Destiny said.
"Fuck we doing fa' a week?"
"I'll tell you when we get back to your place"

"Whatchu had ta' tell me at da' park?"
"So on the eighteenth we are going to the Bahamas" she smiled but her smile soon fell once she noticed his face.
"You paying fa' it?" He asked causing her to nod, "no"
"What do you mean no?" She furrowed her eyebrows.
"That's too much money fa' you ta' spend on me—you said you was saving up for a house"
"Baby it's not that much"
He ignored her and walked inside of his bedroom. She sighed following close behind him.
"Let me do something nice for you boo" she walked up to him and rubbed his arms.
"Destiny—"
"No I don't care what you have to say, we are going so start packing"
Ja'rod sighed before looking at her, "aight fine"
