"Dad what the fuck?!" Destiny yelled at her father, "you shot at my boyfriend, what the hell is wrong with you?"
"Ronda get yo' daughter" Marcus warned.
"Mm mm, I cannot believe you right now Marcus" Ronda shook her head, walking away.
"Dad how could you do this" tears pooled in Destiny's eyes.
"I was in jail when he got shot right?"
"Yes but—"
"Then how you know it was me? It's clear this nigga got opps around, so why would it be me, hmm?" Marcus said, "you eva' fuckin' think about that?"
"Well no, because he said that you killed his brother and—"
"And that automatically make it true?" Marcus spoke, "you're my little girl, I would never put you in that situation"
Destiny let out a sigh before sniffling, "I don't know what to think"
Marcus waited for a minute before speaking, "And even if it was me It's not personal—Ian never even met the nigga, so you know it wasn't personal"
"Are you serious?—I cannot fucking believe you right now dad" Destiny shook her head before storming to her mother's bedroom.
"Mom how could he just lie straight in my face?" Destiny cried to Ronda.
"I'm sorry baby" Ronda pulled her only daughter into a hug.
"I could never forgive him for this—me and ja'rod were already struggling and this was like the icing on the cake" Destiny explained, "he will never forgive me"
"It's okay baby"
"It's not, I've been so bad to him lately and he's been wanting to leave me but keeps giving me chances"
"Just give him time" Ronda suggested.
"I thinks he's the love of my life but I keep hurting him" Destiny bit her bottom lip slightly, "I don't know if he has time"

I sat at the table in pops chicken as I typed on my phone. I waited about ten minutes before feeling a presence at the table. I look up to see a woman with a notepad.
"Are you ready to order yet?" She asked.
"Nah" I kept it short before looking down at my phone.
"You've been here for fifteen minutes sir, and you haven't ordered anything" she spoke causing me to look at her face, "it's against the rules"
My eyes shifted to the door as the bell rung, revealing Destiny. I licked my lips before looking back at the lady.
"Gimme a water and a sprite"
