JEALOUSY (Alex's POV)

Alex’s POV

  “I’m so sorry, my dear brother. I did my best to stop her, but Mom is really mad at you and she’ll reduced your monthly allowance.” June’s message to me.

I let out a lazy sigh after reading that.

Mom got really mad at me when I didn’t come home to be with them last Christmas and New Year’s.

I told them that I have a lot of pending school stuffs to finish here and that’s the reason why I won’t be able to go home.

But the truth is.. the very day that I was about to leave, I found out that Henry will not leave the dorm during the entire holidays and I can’t afford to leave him all alone, so I suddenly changed my mind, I decided to stay and chose to spend Christmas and New Year’s with him than to be with my family.

Henry and I even joked around that time and called ourselves.. the tradition breakers.

I understand mom’s anger, aside from I didn’t spend the holidays with them for the very first time, I also wasted the money she spent on my plane ticket, but..

  Did she really have to do that to me?

Can she really afford to make her only son suffer like that?

  “By the way, what did you do to my prince’s photo?” My sister asked me.

  I laughed at her message. “I’m sorry, my dear sister, but he’s mine now.” I was saying that while I was typing my reply to her.

  “I made it my wallpaper.” My message to my sister.

I was laughing while imagining if what her reaction will be the moment she read my text.

  “Don’t try to fuck with me!” June’s reply to me.

I laughed even more, I can clearly picture her angry face right now in my mind.

She was thinking that I was just joking or just trying to mess with her, little did she know that I really did what I have told her.

But I’ll just let her think what she want to think.

I just thought of texting Henry, instead.

  “What are you doing right now?” My text to Henry.

  “Reading a book. You?” Henry’s quick response to me.

  “I’m preparing to leave. We’ll have a group study later and then we’ll grab some drinks after. Is that okay?” Then sent.
