Rose POV

"What are your commands?"

Alex asks me calmly. He seems so nice to me.

"First of all, I need you to talk to the council about realising one of your prisoners. He's agreed to fight with you, I would watch over him. Second, I need some new equipment. I need to get training right away. Finally, I will kill Dimitri."

I say the final sentence with no emotion at all. I look over at Alex and he's looks happy.

"I believe all of that can be arranged. Who is the prisoner you want releasd?"

"His name is Christian. He was going to be married to the queen, but she betrayed him. I trust him."

He looks like he's considering my proposal.

"I'll talk to him personally. The guards can show you the way to the gym, they can give you everything you need. Right now I think someone wants to talk to you."

He looks at the door and I see someone coming in. Sasha.

"Thanks, Alex. See you later."

"Goodbye, Rose."

Once Alex left the room, Sasha walked up to me. He pulled me into a tight embrace.

"I've missed you so much."

"I've missed you to. How's everything doing?"

He sighs, but answers.

"Were trying to track down the queen and Dimitri. And all of the other missing royals. The search isn't going to well. They're always on the move. It's really starting to piss me off."

"I'm sorry to hear that. I need to go to the gym, to blow off some steam. I'll see you later."

I need some space to think everything through. As I walk down the hallway, I see hungry eyes all over me. I don't panic at all, I know that I'll be all right. What's even the point of being here? They could kill me right after I help them. I need to see Galina. After my workout.

I open a door and behind It I see the best gym. Fighting arenas. Weights. Indoor track.

I suddenly have a huge smile on my face. I look and see that two people are fighting. The strigoi are so fast, it's amazing. The strigoi kicks the other in the stomach and he falls onto the ground. I wonder who that is?

The referee walks over to both of them and lifts the winners hand.

"Mr.Sadovsky remains as the undefeated champion! Anyone else dare to go against him?"

Why not?

"I'll go."

Everybody turns around and stares at me. I start to walk up to the ring and I jump and down.

"I've never seen a woman step into the ring. Not even a strigoi woman would come in here with me, let alone a dhampir."

I laugh.

"You all should know by now, that I'm not your average dhampir."

"Let the fight begin!"

We both jump around the arena, waiting for one of us to make the first move. I do. I do a much to the stomach, but he easily dodges it. Then he punches me in the jaw and makes contact.

"Dammit!"

I do a quick roundhouse kick and hit him to the ground. As I stand there happily, he whips his legs around and make me fall down. I jump up and tackle him. Our faces are inches apart. We're both breathing heavily.

I can tell he's distracted. My boobs are right in his face.

"Do you want to know the first rule about fighting?"

I smile at him.

"And what would that be darling?"

I'm sitting right on top of him.

"Don't hesitate!"

I then punch him in the face as hard as I could. He completely blanks out. I kinda feel bad. Then I'm surrounded by strigoi cheering me on. I won!

The referee walks over and takes both of our hands, but only lifts up mine.

"Mrs.Hathaway surprisingly beats the champion!"

I look over at Mr.Sadovsky and walk up to him.

"Good fight. I hope to see you again in here."

"You to. Thanks for the advice."

We both smile at each other. Then we both part ways. I can't believe he fell Into my trap. Then I head out of the room and decide that I need to have a talk with someone. I walk up to one of the guards and ask where the person is. They tell me where to go and I head over by myself.

Once I arrive at my destination, the doors automatically open for me. I walk over once I see the person. I've been dreading this conversation for a while.

"Galina, we need to talk."
