Chapter 20

Rose POV

I wake up and see darkness all around me. Then I see someone laying on me. I look closer and realize that it's Sasha. He is so handsome.

How am I so lucky?

I try and sit up, but it's kinda hard. I look around for my phone. What time is it? I look and see that it's 7:30 a.m. Sasha needs to get back to wherever he stays soon. I push Sasha around a little bit.

"What is it, my love."  He sounds so sexy. His hair is all messed up. He even looks sexy.

"We need to go back soon."

"I don't want you to go."  He wraps his arms around my waist.

"I don't want to either. But I was suppose to go back to court last night. If I don't go back, they'll send guardians."

"I'll miss you."  He gives me a kiss.

"We should talk."   He looks worried.

"What do you want to know?" He asks nervously.

"I won't see you again after tonight. I don't want to lose you." I start to cry.

"Your not losing me. I promise. Don't worry about a thing, everything is going exactly according to plan."

"What plan are you talking about? Was having sex part of the plan?" I'm furious.

"No never! The plan my mom has made. Everything will be in place tonight. You have to trust me."

"I saw your mom in my dream. Will I be meeting her soon?"

"Yes. Don't be scared." I smirk.

"Rose Hathaway is never scared." I give him a kiss on the cheek. He smiles.

"She's been wanting to meet you in person for a long time."

"Why?"

"First, she want to meet the girl her son is in love with. Second, I can't tell you. You just have to trust me."

"Ok."  I feel like asking him questions about his life.

"What's on your mind, sweetheart?"

"What will become of us?"

"I don't know."

"I have another question."

"Ask me anything."  He smiles.

"How old are you?" He laughs

"I thought age doesn't matter, If you're in love with someone."

"It doesn't. But I have been wondering. Please will you tell me?"

"I'm 27 years old. Is that okay?" I'm 23 years old, so that's not a huge age gap. I guess.

"Of course it is."

I look up and see the sun coming up.

"I need to go back. I'm sorry."

I quickly get up and get my clothes on. Sasha does the same. Once were both dressed, we walk toward each other.

"I love you so much. I will see you again." He says and kisses me once more.

"I love you to." We turn around and head are separate directions. I miss him already.

"Last night was amazing!" I turn around and see him smiling.

I'm almost to court, when I feel like someone is following me.

"Who's there?"

"Where we're you last night?"

I sadly recognize that voice.
