Chapter 13

Lissa POV

I felt terrible for yelling at Rose. She said she came here only to protect us. Now she's leaving. I can't let her leave, we just got her back.

I can't lose my friend. Not again.

I've been in my tent for hours thinking about what to do with Rose. I decide to get up and go find Christian. This camping trip was suppose to be special for us, but with Rose coming it all changed. Once I get out of my tent I start heading to Christian tent.

Then I hear a twig break.

I turn around and see someone in complete black clothing.

"Rose?"  Why is she up at this hour? I wait awhile and after she doesn't reply and then I speak.

"I'm so sorry for yelling at you. Please forgive me."

Then she chuckles. It didn't sound right when she did that. She doesn't answer again.

"Do you need something, if you're not going to talk?"

Sometimes she really gets on my nerves. Bitch. Then I turn around and head to Christians tent.

"I can see why she's mad at you. You are the bitch."

What the hell? I turn around and the figure is gone. It sounded like a man. Who the hell was that? How did he know about me saying Rose is a bitch? Does Rose know him? She has some explaining to do.

She's wrecking everything. I was heading to Christian and now I'm pissed. I was going to ask him to marry me on this trip! We've been together for almost six years. How could she ruin this for me?

Then someone starts screaming. I run to the source, it's her tent. Then it opens and Rose gets out. She's holding her head in her hands and is screaming.

"Stop you bitch!"  

Then I realise that I was using my magic on her. I got lost in the moment. I try and let go of the anger but I can't.

"Christian!" I scream for him. He always calms me down. He rushes to my side.

"What do I do?" He look scared.

"Help me!"  Then he kisses me. After awhile Rose stopped screaming.

I pull back from Christian.

"Rose I'm so sorry!" She looks at me like I'm a monster. This isn't good.

"You fucking bitch!" Everyone is out and looking at us. Before I can speak, she starts talking again

"I wanted to be friends again, but you wrecked it. I will never be friends with any of you basterds! I can't believe I even considered staying!"

I'm even mortified.

"Rose I'm so sorry. I don't want to lose you." I'm pleading her. I have no friends at court. It broke my heart when she left.

"Beg."  She said simply.

"What?" I was confused.

"Get on your knees and beg me to stay." 

I find myself getting on my knees slowly. I hear people gasp. Once I'm on the ground I look up to Rose.

"I beg you to stay. Please! I need you."  She crouches down and laughs. What's so funny?

Then she speaks.

"How pathetic? Queens don't beg for anything. Your a pathetic queen and I'll never stay with you in a million years!"

I start to cry. I've been played. I find myself talking.

"Your a monster. That's all you'll ever be!"

She looks down at me evily.

"Team let's go! Pack up, were leaving in the morning!"

I had a feeling it would come to this. I sent a message to Dimitri.

Come

He walks up to Rose and sticks a needle in her neck. She groans and falls to the ground.

I hear Dimitri speak.

"I'm sorry Roza." He picks her up bridal style.

"Do you still love her?" I find myself asking.

"Yes I do. I want to help her every way possible, even if she hates me." He says sadly.

Dimitri made this chemical that could knock out a human and said if we ever need to get Roza out, we could use it. I felt bad, but I'm taking her back.

I order everyone to pack up and be ready in 30 minutes. I am their queen. Once were all ready, with Rose's team included, we head to my jet. I'm taking her back, to the place she hated and there was no way anyone was stopping me. I will get her to be the happy guardian, she once was.
