Luke was so kind to me.
Well it was the most he has spoken to me in all the years I have know him. I just hope he keeps his mouth shut tight and doesn't tell Jacob.
He will think it's a warning sign and I just can't be bothered with all that b.s. I know deep down it isn't but I just need this all to go smoothly. I know Jacob cares so much but I just can't.
I stumbled over to this boy with fluffy dirty blond hair and wide shoulders who was next to a girl with dark hair and sharp features. I put on my big girl pants and walked over.
"I'm so so so so so sorry if this is weird but it's my first day I mean obviously I'm freshman - omg that sounded so rude - sorry! I'm I'm I'm Eleanor and I just had a tiny freak out and I was with Luke, Luke Taylor and he told me to come sit with you guys I hope that's ok I'm sorry if that's weird!" I let out a breathe
They stared at me. Looked at each other. And then back to me. The girl whispered in the boys ear. He nodded. He then whispered in her ear. And the girl shook her head.
"Of course you can babe. sit!" The girl tapped the seat next to her and I sighed in relief.
"Hey so I'm Mia - I totally understand you I had the worst panic attack my entire freshy year - we are only sophomores now but you- "
The boy cut her off "thanks for the intro Mia!" She rolled her eyes and I chuckled "I'm Oliver but you can call me Ollie"
"You sound like a dick everyone calls you Ollie"
She scoffed
"They do not!" Once again Mia rolled her eyes
We chatted for a bit before the lecture started and afterwards they both turned to me.
"So since we have psychology every Monday and Friday we are gonna be around each other a lot so we should so go for lunch some time!"
"Oh my god ye ye yeh that would be be fun!" I stuttered
We exchanged snaps and numbers and I left the lecture 1000x happy than I did when I walked in. Maybe Luke wasn't such a pain in the arse I thought
