(Eliana Hernandez POV)

The music pulsed through the crowded room, a steady beat that matched the rhythm of my racing heart. The party was in full swing, and everyone was caught up in the excitement. I had come with my close friend Sheena Catacutan, the life of every party with her infectious laugh and bright smile. Tonight was no different; she was in the center of a group, making everyone laugh with her antics.

I watched her from across the room, a smile tugging at my lips. Sheena had always had that effect on people, lighting up any room she entered. And tonight, she looked stunning, her outfit hugging her curves perfectly, her hair falling in soft waves around her face.

Just then, someone called out, "Let's play 7 Minutes in Heaven!" The crowd erupted in cheers and laughter, and my heart skipped a beat. I wasn't much for party games, but the idea of spending seven minutes alone with Sheena was both thrilling and nerve-wracking.

Before I could process what was happening, Sheena's eyes locked onto mine, a mischievous glint in her gaze. "How about Sheena and Eliana?" someone suggested, and the group cheered even louder.

"Come on, Ellie," Sheena said, taking my hand and pulling me towards the closet. Her touch sent a shiver down my spine, and I followed her, my heart pounding in my chest.

Once inside, the door closed behind us, plunging us into darkness. The noise from the party was muffled, leaving us in a quiet, intimate space. I could feel the warmth of Sheena's body close to mine, and the air was thick with anticipation.

"Are you okay?" Sheena asked softly, her hand still holding mine.

"Yeah," I replied, my voice barely above a whisper. "Just a little nervous."

Sheena laughed softly, her breath warm against my cheek. "It's just a game, Ellie. We don't have to do anything you're not comfortable with."

"I know," I said, squeezing her hand. "But... I'm not uncomfortable."

There was a moment of silence, and then Sheena's hand moved to cup my cheek, her thumb gently stroking my skin. "I've always wondered," she said, her voice hushed, "what it would be like to kiss you."

My breath caught in my throat, and before I could respond, her lips were on mine. The kiss was soft and tentative at first, as if she was testing the waters. But then it deepened, her hand moving to the back of my neck as she pulled me closer. I melted into her, the world outside the closet fading away until it was just the two of us.

Sheena's kiss was everything I had imagined and more, a mix of sweetness and passion that left me breathless. When we finally pulled apart, both of us were panting, our foreheads resting together.

"Wow," I whispered, my fingers lightly tracing her jawline.

"Yeah," she agreed, a smile in her voice. "Wow."

We stood there in the darkness, our hands still intertwined, and I felt a warmth spread through me that had nothing to do with the heat of the small space. It was as if everything had shifted, our friendship taking on a new, beautiful dimension.

The sound of a timer going off outside the door made us both jump, and we laughed, the tension breaking. Sheena pressed a quick kiss to my forehead before opening the door, and we stepped out to the cheers and whistles of our friends.

As the party continued around us, Sheena kept her arm around my waist, her touch grounding me. I knew that whatever happened next, we would face it together. And as I looked into her eyes, I saw my own feelings reflected back at me.

That night, amidst the laughter and music, we found something new and precious. And as we walked hand in hand through the party, I knew that this was just the beginning of our story.
