She looked at Jhoanna through the lens of her phone, capturing the way her girlfriend's eyes sparkled in the moonlight, the way her smile lit up her face, and the way her hand looked so perfectly at home on Maloi's thigh.

Jhoanna shifted her focus back to the road, but her mind was filled with thoughts of Maloi. Their date had been nothing short of magical. A cozy dinner at their favorite restaurant, a walk along the beach, and now this peaceful drive home. She couldn't have asked for a better evening.

"Remember that time we first met?" Jhoanna asked, breaking the comfortable silence.

Maloi laughed softly. "How could I forget? You were so shy."

"And you were so confident," Jhoanna added, smiling at the memory. "I couldn't believe someone like you would be interested in someone like me."

Maloi reached over and placed her hand on top of Jhoanna's, giving it a gentle squeeze. "And look at us now. Best decision I ever made."

Jhoanna's heart melted at Maloi's words. She felt incredibly lucky to have someone like Maloi in her life. As they drove through the quiet streets, Jhoanna couldn't help but feel a deep sense of contentment.

"Where are those pictures going, by the way?" Jhoanna asked, glancing over at Maloi's phone.

Maloi smirked. "Maybe I'll keep them all to myself. Or maybe I'll post a few. Show off my gorgeous girlfriend to the world."

Jhoanna chuckled. "As long as they're not too embarrassing."

"No promises," Maloi teased, snapping another picture.

The car ride continued in comfortable silence, with Maloi occasionally leaning over to kiss Jhoanna's cheek or whisper sweet nothings in her ear. Jhoanna loved these little moments, the simple intimacy they shared. It was in these moments that she felt the most connected to Maloi.
