The bright lights and high-energy buzz of the concert were finally behind them. After hours of performing on stage, followed by a whirlwind of interviews, Jhoanna and Mikha finally stepped into the quiet of Mikha's condo. The familiar, calming ambiance of the place immediately wrapped around them like a warm hug, offering respite from the exhausting day.

Jhoanna let out a long, tired sigh, the weight of the day slipping off her shoulders as she leaned against the wall near the door. She shot a glance at Mikha, who was equally drained, though she managed to flash Jhoanna a soft smile.

Without a word, Jhoanna stepped forward and pressed a gentle kiss to Mikha's cheek. It was a brief, sweet moment, their way of saying we made it through another day together. Mikha smiled, her eyes soft with affection as she watched her girlfriend head towards the bathroom, already knowing that Jhoanna would want to shower the day away before anything else.

"I'll be in the bedroom," Mikha said, her voice low and comforting, as she disappeared down the hallway.

Jhoanna nodded, heading into the bathroom and letting the warm water pour down over her the moment she stepped inside. It was heavenly, the steady spray soothing her aching muscles. She leaned against the cool tiles, closing her eyes as she allowed herself a moment to simply relax and let the stress of the day melt away.

Just as Jhoanna was starting to lose herself in the peace of the moment, she felt a familiar pair of hands slide around her waist, pulling her back into an even more comforting warmth. She smiled softly to herself, knowing exactly who it was before she even opened her eyes.

Mikha.

Jhoanna turned around slowly, her eyes meeting Mikha's tender gaze. The soft smile on Mikha's face was all Jhoanna needed to feel her heart flutter. Mikha didn't say a word as she leaned forward and pressed her lips against Jhoanna's, the kiss slow and sweet, filled with the gentle intimacy that came from years of being together.

The warm water cascaded down their bodies, mixing with the warmth of their closeness. Jhoanna sighed against Mikha's lips, her arms wrapping around her girlfriend's shoulders, pulling her closer. Mikha deepened the kiss slightly, her hands roaming up and down Jhoanna's sides, tracing the curves of her waist.

It was moments like this that made everything else seem so distant. The concerts, the interviews, the busy schedules—none of it mattered when it was just the two of them, sharing these stolen, quiet moments together.

After a few more soft kisses, Mikha pulled back just enough to rest her forehead against Jhoanna's, her breath mingling with her girlfriend's in the steamy air. "You okay?" Mikha asked softly, her voice barely above a whisper, but filled with concern and love.

Jhoanna nodded, her eyes still closed as she let the moment wash over her. "I am now," she murmured, her voice equally soft. "I'm always okay when I'm with you."

Mikha smiled at that, her heart swelling with affection for the woman in front of her. She pressed another kiss to Jhoanna's lips, then slowly stepped back, turning off the shower. Without a word, they both grabbed their towels, drying themselves off before slipping into their comfortable pajamas.

Mikha's condo always felt like a sanctuary after long days like this, but there was something even more comforting about simply being in each other's presence. The two of them padded into the bedroom, Mikha grabbing the remote and turning on her favorite K-drama as they climbed into bed.

Jhoanna chuckled softly as she nestled into the pillows beside Mikha, her arm automatically finding its way around her girlfriend's waist. "You and your dramas," Jhoanna teased, though there was nothing but fondness in her voice. She loved how Mikha's eyes would light up when she watched her shows, the way she'd get so invested in the characters and their stories.

Mikha smirked, her head resting comfortably against Jhoanna's shoulder. "Don't act like you don't get into them too," she teased back, poking Jhoanna playfully in the side.

Jhoanna let out a soft laugh, her grip tightening around Mikha's waist as she pulled her closer. "Maybe I just like watching you react to them," she admitted, her voice soft and affectionate.

Mikha blushed, her heart fluttering at the sweet confession. She turned her head slightly, pressing a quick kiss to Jhoanna's temple before settling back down. The two of them lay there in the dim light of the bedroom, the soft glow of the TV casting shadows across the room as they cuddled together.

The K-drama played in the background, but neither of them paid it much attention. Instead, they focused on the warmth of each other's bodies, the steady rise and fall of their breathing, and the comforting silence that wrapped around them like a blanket.

Jhoanna's hand absentmindedly traced patterns on Mikha's arm, her touch soft and gentle. "I love you," Jhoanna whispered after a while, her voice barely audible but filled with all the love and devotion she felt for the woman beside her.

Mikha's heart skipped a beat at the words, her lips curving into a smile as she snuggled closer to Jhoanna. "I love you too," she whispered back, her voice just as soft and sincere.

They lay there for what felt like hours, neither of them saying much but both feeling completely content just being together. The exhaustion from the day melted away as they basked in each other's warmth, their love filling the room in a way that words never could.

Eventually, Mikha's eyes began to droop, the day finally catching up to her. She nuzzled into Jhoanna's neck, letting out a content sigh as sleep began to claim her. Jhoanna smiled, pressing a soft kiss to Mikha's forehead before resting her cheek against the top of her head.

"Goodnight, babe," Jhoanna whispered, her voice filled with affection.

"Goodnight," Mikha mumbled sleepily, already halfway to dreamland.

And just like that, the two of them drifted off to sleep, wrapped in each other's arms, their love a quiet, constant presence in the stillness of the night.

Tomorrow would bring another busy day—more concerts, more interviews, more chaos—but for now, they had this. They had each other. And in this moment, that was all they needed.
