Y/n: babe we gotta go grocery shopping for the house today

Derek: I know I just wanna lay with you for like 5 more minutes

Y/n: okay baby

You kiss his cheek then play with his hair

about 10mins later..

Y/n: okay we gotta go now it's been like 10mins

Derek: ugh I don't feel like getting up

Y/n: too bad

You both get up

Y/n: you wanna take a shower together

Derek: hell yeah

Y/n: okay but behave yourself

Derek: yes ma'am

After you guys get out of the shower you get dressed and go downstairs and knock on lai's door. Vallyk opens it

Y/n: hey we're boutta go grocery shopping call us if you need anything

Vallyk: ight sounds good, bye

Y/n: bye

He closes the door. you and derek leave the house and get in the car heading to the store. Once you get to the store you and derek start off by getting eggs. Derek picks some up and puts them in the cart.

Y/n: babe did you even check to see if they're cracked

He picks them up and opens the carton of eggs

Derek: they're good

He puts them back in the cart then you guys continue to shop for more stuff, you eventually finish shopping and you're scanning the items as Derek's putting them up on the conveyor belt; you finish and then you guys leave the store and put all the groceries in the trunk then get in the car.

Y/n: jalessa and Jaden are throwing a party tonight are you going with me?

Derek: yeah I'll come

Y/n: okay, you'll need to help me pick out my outfit

He smirks

Derek: definitely. I need to choose the best outfit that I'll be taking off u later

You laugh

Y/n: shut up that's why ur not getting none tonight

Derek: don't play wit me shorty, yes I am

He puts his hand on your thigh

You chuckle

Derek: yeah we will

He smirks again. You roll your eyes.

you get to the house and bring the groceries inside then put them away. you both go up to dereks room.

Y/n: the party later starts at 11 btw

Derek: okay

Derek: I hope none of our bitchass old roommates are at the party

Y/n: you know..it's kinda sad that there was 8 of us living here and now there's 5
