It's been 8 months since my kidnapping and I've never been happier. Mom got back together with dad and now Valerie, Sarah and I live with them. It isn't actually bad having a twin. I even got to meet my grandparents Eric and Evelyn Whitlock.
Sarah being my stepsister isn't bad either. She loves my mom too. Life has been wonderful. Aunt Leah is pregnant again, even Julie but I don't think her five year old daughter Amelia is willing to share her mother. And then...
"Earth to Ashley." Riley said snapping her fingers in front of my face. I came back to my senses. We were at Pete's Ice cream parlour. All ten of us. I'll give you a list. Lily, Riley, Corkie, Valerie, Sarah, Megan, Sam, Cole, Roy and lastly me. Full house huh?
"What?" I asked.
"You zoned out." Lily said.
"What were you thinking?" Valerie asked.
"Nothing."
"Are you sure?" Corkie asked.
"Yeah."
"Ask her again Riley." Roy said.
"What's the most stupid thing you've ever done?" Oh right. We were playing a game.
"Went somewhere without informing you guys." I said.
"Right. Never do that again." Lily said.
I yawned.
"Didn't you sleep well?" Riley asked.
"Actually spent most of my time watching MSA and Dhar Mann videos on YouTube."
Everyone began talking about MSA and Dhar Mann. I just leaned back. I've never been happier.
