"Welcome, our new students of Woodstones Global University!"

The MC opened the event with great enthusiasm— he was Hyunjin's member and should be an expert at this. And his shout was greeted with joy by all the students with their backpacks on their backs.

I didn't expect that our preparation days would just pass by, and today, our trip began. They had all just arrived here with Seungmin and yes— Maddie. The girl stood next to the stage along with her friends and members. For some reason, I had a bad feeling. She overdressed in curled hair, full make-up, an outfit that somehow resembled Liv's style. And also looked so happy. Even though to me she looked scary with a dark aura around her, I tried to think positively by hoping she had found new happiness. But Seungmin just sent me a text to be careful of her. According to him, it was the same, something was off about her.

And on the other side of the group, as if connected automatically, a bright and sweet aura called me to see my girl sitting there with Anne as new students who also had the right to experience this event. Luckily Liv didn't know much about the details of the event prepared by Hyunjin and his team.

I smiled seeing her so beautiful and happy. Ah— it was bad that I couldn't be with her a lot yesterday because we all had a lot of work to prepare. If possible, I'd take her on a secret date at the VIP beach cottage I'd rented in another area of this place, just for the two of us. And we'd enjoy the night together—"

I flinched— immediately stepped forward when the MC called me, and after a pat on my shoulder was given by Hyunjin. I passed by Maddie who looked at me, making me cringe.

"Good morning." I spoke loudly, then was greeted by the new students. Everyone paid attention except for some girls at the front who blushed and squealed– saying my name coquettishly. I took a deep breath before continuing, didn't they know manners?

"Welcome to this bonding trip, as a place for all of us to get to know each other and build solidarity.  As someone I cherish so much has said: Cooperation and solidarity can be formed if we can pay attention to each other. When we can understand each other, the feeling to do more will be greater. As we grow up, especially in University, we need teamwork. And hopefully with this event, we will become students with good character until we graduate and carry the good name of Woodstone Global wherever you go."

I smiled when everyone clapped, not at them, but at Liv who was currently stunned to see me. Yes, I just repeated what she said during our first meeting— when I insulted her ideas. I never thought that I could remember in detail what she said at that time.
