Sunoo’s point of biew

I couldn’t just sit back and watch my friends fall apart. The tension between Ni-ki, Jungwon, and Jiyoo was like a thick fog that refused to lift, and it was driving me insane.

How could they not see that this was all just one big misunderstanding?

They were all too stubborn, too caught up in their own feelings to actually talk things out.

But I had a plan.

After my first attempt to bring them together blew up in my face, I knew I had to think bigger.

If a simple outing didn’t work, maybe something more... unexpected would do the trick. I needed to get them out of their comfort zones, somewhere they’d have no choice but to confront their issues.

I’d been brainstorming for days, and I finally had the perfect idea.

“Alright, you three,” I announced during lunch, slamming my hand on the table for dramatic effect. “We’re going on an adventure this weekend.”

Ni-ki looked up from his food, eyebrows raised. “An adventure?”

Jungwon, who had been quietly picking at his meal, glanced over at Jiyoo before looking at me. “What kind of adventure?”

“The kind that’ll make you forget all this stupid drama,” I said confidently. “Trust me, you’ll love it. And no, I’m not telling you where we’re going. It’s a surprise.”

Jiyoo sighed, clearly unimpressed. “Sunoo, the last time you had a ‘plan,’ it almost ended in disaster.”

“Almost,” I corrected her with a grin. “But this time, I’ve got everything under control. Just be ready to leave at 10 a.m. sharp on Saturday. Don’t be late.”

Ni-ki shrugged. “Fine, whatever. As long as there’s food involved.”

Jungwon nodded slowly, still looking unsure. “Yeah, okay.”

Jiyoo just rolled her eyes, but she didn’t say no, and that was good enough for me. This was going to work. It had to.

Saturday morning came, and I was buzzing with excitement. I’d packed everything we’d need—snacks, drinks, a map (just in case), and even a first aid kit (because you never know).

I’d planned out the whole day meticulously. We were going to a nature park on the outskirts of the city—a beautiful, quiet place with hiking trails, a lake, and plenty of spots to just sit and talk.

It was perfect.

By the time everyone showed up, I was practically bouncing with anticipation. Ni-ki, Jungwon, and Jiyoo all piled into the car, and I took the wheel.

The air was a little tense, but I was confident that by the end of the day, they’d be laughing together again.

The drive started off fine. We chatted about random stuff, and I made sure to keep the mood light with jokes and funny stories. Ni-ki was his usual sarcastic self, Jungwon was quieter than usual, and Jiyoo kept glancing at the two of them like she was waiting for something to happen.

Everything was going according to plan—until I took a wrong turn.

“Uh, Sunoo?” Ni-ki said, glancing at the unfamiliar scenery outside the window. “Are we... lost?”

“Nope, not lost,” I replied confidently, even though my stomach was starting to churn. “Just taking a scenic route.”

Jungwon leaned forward, peering at the map I had tossed onto the dashboard. “This doesn’t look like the way to the park...”
