Chapter 44 - Treehouse pt. 2

Mekari's POV

I opened my eyes as he broke off the kiss. Still, one of my hands was holding the back of his neck. Zack gave me a sweet smile, as his eyes glimmered with so much happiness before he placed his forehead on top of mine. We didn't say anything, it was just both of us having the moment of being together.

The cold water that touches our skin, isn't felt as our bodies intensify from the heat of our desire. Despite the long night beginning to show up, it still felt like a light was pointed at us. A smile escaped on my lips when Zack kissed my forehead.

"Mekari," He began by saying my name shortly then paused looking at me, those green orbs again meeting mine. I waited for the next words he would say.

"I," He added a single word as he kissed one of my eyes,

My hand dropped to his shoulders which were holding the back of his neck. What he did suddenly weakened me.

It is starting to give me this light feeling like I'm in a cloud floating.

"Love," He softly spoke, bringing his palm to my cheeks, before kissing my nose's tip. I chuckled, as I felt my eyes water. God knows how much I love this man, and I'm willing to sacrifice for him to live.

"You, so damn much," Zack said heartfully, then gave me a sweet, gentle, soft long kiss. That's how a tear finally fell from my eyes, it's not because I'm sad, I'm filled with so much happiness.

Zack's eyebrows knitted when he saw those tears coming down yet I remained silent, and only stared at him, while those tears kept falling. It was like my eyes saying how much I also feel the same.

I only shook my head twice and smiled, telling him it wasn't like that. When his face crumpled, full of worries.

I move my body, now straddling him, wrapping my arms again around his neck.

"Take me, Zack!" I whispered to his ear.

"We'll have the whole night, wife!" He replied, speaking near my ear, I could feel his hot breath hitting my sensitive skin.

Zack carried me as he walked the path towards the treehouse. When he started taking his steps to the stairs, walking us to the top. Memories started flooding inside my head, I stared at the mini house built around the tree, the home I had for years, my comfort place when I was in hell, alone.

Ng marating naming dalawa ang itaas ay sinipa lang niya ang pinto para buksan, nasa bisig pa rin niya ako. Agad kong nilibot ang tingin sa loob ng mababa na niya ako, a small smile escaped on my lips when I noticed that nothing was changed and it was even cleaned, well I'm happy they took good care of this place.

Dahan-dahan kong inihakbang ang mga paa habang umiikot ang tingin sa loob ng bahay, pasimple ko rin na hinahawakan ang ilang sa mga kagamitan na nandito pa, ito 'yung mga ginamit ko sa training, nandito pa nga ang ilan sa mga ginawa kong sandata.

Since it's a bit far from the villa the power source was collected through the solar panels placed on the roof. That's why the only things that give light inside are the Curtain Lights on the walls and Fairy Lights which are way better.

It's comforting and calm, and it blends well with the nature outside, so during the night it wasn't so bright, it was like I was with stars at night.

I was immersed in seeing the place, well this is the first time I saw this house again after I left after the training. Naramdaman ko ang mainit niya na katawan sa aking likuran, lalo na ang kanyang bisig na inikot sa aking bewang. Marahan din niya na binibigyan ng halik ang aking leeg at balikat.
