Mekari's POV

"Mama! Papa!Tasukete!" (Help me!)

"Baby Daijobudesu?. Papa wa kochira. Watashino koegakikomasuka?" ( Are you okay? Papa is here. Can you hear me?)

"Papa! Kare no tasukete..." (Hep him!)

"Inda yo." (It's Okay.)

"Batafurai.." (Butterfly) Saad ulit ng batang babae bago tuluyang nawalan ng malay.

"Ima eria okensako!" (Search the area, now!)

My eyes snapped open. I didn't notice that II was staring blankly in the air for quite a long time. I moved my head to the side but ended up covering my eyes ng bumungad sa akin ang sinag ng araw. I want to shoot the person who ever opens that damn window. Tsk!

I'm inside my room. The last thing that I remember was I'm in the training room.

Paano ako na punta dito?

That dream felt different. Something's off, is it? Nothing's bad about a dream supposed to be one of your memories, buried six feet under the ground. My head is throbbing and my body feels like I came running from a hundred miles barefooted.

"What happened?" I murmured under my breath.

Memories from yesterday are still blurred. When I realized something I forced myself to leave the bed but suddenly a pain strike started in my tummy causing me to fall on my knees on the carpeted floor, while I used my hands to support my body.

"Kuso!" (Damn it!)

I winced when another twinge started again. My eyes are tightly closed as my breath starts panting from trying to endure the pain.

Now I remember. What day is it? Tsk. F*cking period. Why do girls have to experience this sh*t? This thing hurts the most than being hit by a bullet.

It's in our family to experience such pain when you have this so-called time of the month. I had seen my mother in this situation before papa would always stay on her side to take good care of her. This abnormal ache it's different compared to the usual, where most of the girls experience it when they have menstruation. I think it's a curse in our family. My body feels lifeless and useless, I'm not exaggerating. I always avoid fights when I have this 'cause I feel weak but the party is scheduled tonight. Leaving me with no choice.
