Chapter Twenty Two

ROSELLA’S P.O.V
After a few moments had passed, Neville finally spoke up, “Riddikulus.” he said and a different outfit appeared on Professor Snape and we all laughed a little before it was Ro’s turn and after he walked up, his Boggart turned into a Spider and it freaked him out a little before he managed to say the Charm before the Spider ended up with Roller Skates on trying to keep his balance causing everyone to laugh before Parvati walked up and the Boggart began to change before it turned into a Snake before she said the Charm causing it to turn into a large Jack in the Box. When it was my turn, I stood there thinking before Aro popped into my head and soon saw him standing in front of me and I froze for a moment before finally speaking up, “Riddikulus.” I said and Aro soon ended up wearing a clown costume causing me to laugh a little. After doing my Boggart, I took a moment to myself thinking about it before I stormed out of the room and eventually found an empty room and saw that I was alone before I started crying as the thought of being caught by him kept replaying through my head. After some time had passed, I felt someone touch my shoulder causing me to jump and quickly move away as I pointed my wand at them, “hey, it’s just me. It’s Draco.” he said to me and I stood up and lowered my wand, “I’m sorry.” I said to him, “it’s alright. Who was that by the way if you don’t mind me asking?” he said to me, “it’s a long story that I’m not ready to share at the moment.” I said to him, “that’s fine. You don’t have to.” he said to me, “I just need a moment that’s all.” I told him, “alright, I’ll stay with you until you’re ready to leave.” he said to me and I rested my head on his shoulder and we stayed like that for a while before I was ready to leave and after a while had passed, the both of us finally left the empty room and went to our next class together as the both of us had Potions next with Professor Snape. After classes were over for the day, I had gone to the Common Room for the time being and after a while, I decided to go for a walk before I ended up at the Astronomy Tower for a while as I wanted to b alone for the time being and I just sat there thinking as my legs dangled over the ledge before I heard someone walking and quickly looked to see who it was before seeing Professor Lupin before he sat down next to me, “are you alright?” he asked me, “yeah, I’ll be alright.” I told him, “if you don’t mind me asking, I wanted to know who that was. The man who was your Boggart.” he said to me and I thought about it before speaking up, “his name is Aro. he and a few others are like the government or some kind of ruler for my family and other Vampires. The thing is, if they found out about me, they'd look for me and kill me so we move around a lot, not just because of that but because of my family. If they stay in one place for too long, people will notice that something isn’t right.” I said to him before there was a moment of silence as the both of us just sat there.

After a few moments, he eventually broke the silence as he spoke up, “why would they want to kill you?” he asked me, “they’d probably think I was a danger to their kind or something or think that I was some kind of Abomination.” I told him and he just nodded, “I know how you feel in a way. I feel like I’m a danger to others.” h said to me, “can I ask you something?” I asked him, “Sure, what is it?” he said to me, “can you keep this to yourself for the time being? I don’t want anyone else to know.” I said to him, “of course I will. As long as you do the same for me.” he said to me and I nodded, “yeah, I will. How long have you been like this, if you don’t mind me asking that is.” I said to him and he sighed a little, “you don’t have to answer if you don’t want to.” I said to him, “no, it’s alright. I was young when I was bitten. It happened years before I started coming here myself.” he told me, “I’m sorry. It must suck having to go through that very month.” I said to him, “it is but I’m glad that I had my parents to help me before a few of my friends had done the same.” He said to me and I smiled a little and the both of us continued to talk and got to know each other a lot better. After talking with Professor Lupin about everything, the both of us left the Astronomy Tower and I managed to make it back to the Common Room for a while before leaving angina to go to the Great Hall for dinner and I spent most of the time thinking to myself before I felt someone gently shake me before seeing that it was Draco, “how are you doing?” He asked me, “I’m alright.” I said to him, “are you going to be alright after what happened?” he asked and I nodded, “yeah, I’ll be alright.” I said to him and the both of us continued to talk throughout the rest of dinner before it was over and the both of us had gone back to the Common Room for the night and by the time I had gotten there, I had gone to my dorm and got changed before spending more time with Draco as he made me forget what had happened earlier today before it had gotten late and the both of us had gone to bed for the night and after getting into bed, I quickly fell asleep as soon as my head touched the pillow. When Another day came around and I had gotten ready for the day and it was the first Hogsmeade Trip of the year and after making sure I had everything before leaving the Common Room with Draco and the other’s before we made it to the Front of the school and handed our permission forms to Mr. Filch before Professor McGonagall spoke up to everyone, “now remember, these visits to Hogsmeade Village are a privilege. Should your behavior reflect poorly on the school in any way,  that Privilege shall not be extended again.” sh said to us before she spoke up to Harry, “no permission form signed, no visiting the Village. That’s the rule, Potter.” she said to him before we all started following Mr. Filch before getting on the train and eventually made our way to Hogsmeade. By the time we had gotten there and got off the train, we all did our own thing and had a good time together as I laughed and smiled the entire time as I had gotten a few things from a few shops throughout the trip.

After spending time in Hogsmeade with Draco and the others, we had gone to the Common Room before remembering that I have to help Professor Lupin and after putting everything away for the time being and got changed into something comfortable before I managed to sneak out of the Common Room without Draco and the other’s asking where I was going and I eventually made it to Professor Lupin’s classroom to find that he was just walking out of his office, “now, do you remember what I said the first night here? If anything happens, to you in particular, that's it. alright?” he said to me and I nodded, “don't worry, I’ll be careful.” I told him before Professor Snape walked into the room, “what are you doing Miss. Cullen?” he asked me and before I could answer, Professor Lupin spoke up, “she’s helping. I’m sure Dumbledore said something to you about it.” he said to Snape, “he might have mentioned it.” Snape said before giving Professor Lupin something before walking out of the room and both Professor Lupin and I had done the same thing as we eventually left the Castle before I noticed we were walking up to the Whomping Willow, “what are we doing here?” I asked him before he spoke up, “Immobulus.” he said causing the tree to stop moving, “follow me.” he said before walking into a tunnel and I soon followed him before we ended up somewhere else, “it leads to the Shrieking Shack.” he said to me, “I heard it’s the most haunted building in Britain and I think I just figured out why.” I said to him, “why?” he asked me, “with all that howling, you’d think it’s something else other than a Werewolf.” I told him, “I see your point.” he said before we got everything ready. After some time had passed, both Professor Lupin and myself changed into our Wolf forms and I took a moment before seeing that everything was alright before the both of us ran around before seeing something else and noticed that it was another dog and I looked up at Professor Lupin as he continued to look at the dog and after a few moments the dog ran off before Professor Lupin and myself continued on with our night. The next morning came around I had woken up and looked around to see that I was in the Shrieking Shack before seeing Professor Lupin was lying there sleeping and I looked for a blanket and covered him and waited for him to wake up and after a while had passed, I hard moving and looked to see that Professor Lupin was starting to wake up and I went over to him, “are you going to be alright?” I asked him as he sat up, “yeah, I'll be alright.” he said and I let him get dressed before the both of us made our way back to the Castle. By the time we had gotten back to the Castle, w managed to find Dumbledore in his office and talked to him for a while before Dumbledore let me take the day off from classes and I thanked him before I walked away and was glad that the halls were empty as I made my way to the Common Room and by the time I had gotten there, I went straight to my Dorm and got into bed and got some sleep.
