Chapter Twenty Eight

ROSELLA’S P.O.V
Not long after Dumbledore left the Hospital Wing, Ron soon spoke up about it, “what in the bloody hell was that all about?” he asked, “Sorry Ron but seeing as you can’t walk.” Hermione said to him before looking at me, “the same goes for you Rosella.” she said to me, “good, because I don’t think I’m in the best condition to begin with.” I told her before she put something around Harry’s neck and they soon disappeared. Shortly after they had left, they walked through the doors before Ron spoke up about it, “how did you get there when we were talking to you there. And now you’re there.” he said and I chuckled a little, “what’s he talking about Harry?” Hermione said to him, “I don’t know. Honestly Ron, how can somebody be in two places at once.” Harry said and I chuckled a little, “ok let’s not freak him out even more.” I said to them and we chuckled a little before the four of us ended up talking for awhile before Harry and Hermione left to go back to the Gryffindor Common Room for the night while Ron and I spent the night in the Hospital Wing, “how’s your leg doing?” I asked him, “alright. I’m sure it will be a little better in the morning.” he told me, “well, at least he didn’t do it on purpose.” I told him, “yeah, I guess.” he said and the both of us continued to talk for a while longer before the both of us had gotten to sleep for the night. It was another day and after getting out of the Hospital Wing with Ron, I wanted to see how Professor Lupin was doing and started to make my way there before bumping into Harry, “sorry.” I said to him, “it’s alright.” he said to me, “where are you off to?” I asked him, “to see Professor Lupin. How about you?” he said to me, “me too. Want to go there together?” I said to him, “sure.” he said and the both of us made our way there and by the time we had gotten there, he soon spoke up before either on of us could knock, “Hello Harry, Rosella.” he said to u and Harry and I just looked at each other before looking back at Professor Lupin, “I saw the two of you coming.” he said to us, “oh.” I said to him before he closed something, “I’ve looked worse believe me.” he said to us, “yeah, sorry about one of the bites by the way.” I said to him, “I could say the same to you.” he said as he pointed to my shoulder, “it’s fine now. It’s like nothing ever happened.” I told him before he started putting stuff away, “you've been sacked.” Harry said to him, “no, I resigned.” he said, “what? Why?” I asked him, “Well, it seems that someone let slip the nature of my Condition. This time tomorrow the Owls will start arriving and parents will not a um, well someone like me teaching their Children.” he said to us, “but Dumbledore-” Harry began to say before Professor Lupin cut him off, “Dumbledore has already risked enough on my behalf. Besides, People like me are- well let’s just say I’m used to it by now.” he said to us before closing another one of his cases.

Not long after, he soon spoke up again, “why do you both look so miserable?” he asked us, “none of it made any difference. Pettigrew escaped.” Harry said to him, “didn’t make any difference? Harry, it made all the difference in the world. You helped uncover the truth. You saved an Innocent man from a terrible fate. It made a great deal of difference.” Professor Lupin said to him, “then why doesn't it feel like it?” I asked him, “then I do not know what to tell you. But if I am proud of anything, it is of how much the both of you have learned this year. Now, since I am no longer your teacher, I feel no guilt whatsoever by giving this back to you. To the both of you. So now, I’ll say goodbye. I feel sure we’ll meet again sometime. Until then, Mischief Managed.” he said as he closed the map. After talking with Professor Lupin, both Harry and I walked out of the room not long after he did and we made it to the Great Hall before Neville and the other’s rushed up to Harry, “Harry, wherever did you get it?” Neville asked him, “could I have a go Harry? After you of course.” Seamus said to him, “what are you talking about?” Harry asked him, “your guess is as good as anyones” I said to him, “quiet, let the man through.” Ron said to them, “I didn’t mean to open it Harry, it was badly wrapped. They made me do it.” Ron said as he pointed to the twins, “did not.” the both of them said at the same time, “sure you didn’t.” I said to both of them before Harry opened it and saw that it was a new broom, “it’s a firebolt.” one of them said, “it’s the fastest broom in the world.” the other said, “for me? But who sent it?” Harry asked, “no one knows.” Ron said to him, “this came with it.” Hermione said as she showed a feather, “do you want to go for a test ride?” I asked him, “yeah.” he said before we all rushed out of the Castle before we made it outside before Harry got on the broom before flying off. After a few moments had passed, he finally came back and a few others took turns on the broom before we all went back inside before classes. Later that night, I was in the Slytherin Common Room getting some work done before I noticed Draco sit down next to me and I smiled a little, “how are you feeling?” he asked me, “better.” I said to him, “want to do our homework together?” he asked, “sure.” I said and the both of us did our work together and talked the entire time before the both of us left the Common Room for dinner that night.

After dinner was over for the night, everyone had left the Great Hall and I eventually made it to the Common Room for the rest of the night and after doing so, I had gotten changed into something comfortable and spent some time reading in the Common Room for a while before I noticed that I was the only one left before I decided to go to my dorm for the night and after doing so, I got into bed for the night and quickly fell asleep as soon as my head touched the Pillow. When another day came around, we had finished with Exams before the day came around for everyone to leave for the Summer Holiday and after making sure that I had everything that I had with me packed and ready to go, I grabbed everything before walking out of the Dorm with Pansy and left the Common Room with the others and made our way to the train. By the time we had gotten there, we all had gotten on the train and I sat down next to Draco as the both of us talked to each other and the others throughout the entire train ride before we eventually made it to the Station in London and everyone started getting off the train and once I did, I looked around before I found Carlisle and Esme, “well, I’ll see you soon alright.” I said to Draco, “see you soon.” he said before we hugged each other and I walked up to Carlisle and Esme, “how was school?” Carlisle asked me, “interesting but good.” I said to him, “That's good.” h said to me, “let’s get home shall we?” Esme said to us and the three of us left the Station and made our way home and I told them everything that had happened throughout the year and left out the part with Harry and the other’s knew what I was before we made it home for the summer.
