Chapter Thirty Seven

ROSELLA’S P.O.V
After some time had passed and it was beginning to feel like I’ve been in the Maze for ages before I finally bumped into someone causing m to raise my wand at them before I saw that it was Cedric before I lowered my wand ad he had done the same, “have any luck yet?” he asked me, “no not yet. I would ask you the same thing but I feel like you’ll come up with the same answer.” I told him before the both of us continued walking around together before something began to happen to the hedges and both Cedric and I tried making our way through before it finally calmed down and the both of us managed to catch our breaths, “are you alright?” I asked him, “yeah, I’m fine. And you?” He said to me, “I’ll manage.” I told him and the both of us continued to walk around before we noticed Viktor was about to attack Harry, “Look out.” the both of us said and the spell missed Harry, “Expelliarmus.” Cedric said and it hit Viktor causing him to be knocked out before Harry tied to stop Cedric from doing anything else before the three of us started running and tried to stop each other before we finally found he Trophy and as soon as we started running again, something started coming up from the ground and after a few moment’s it managed to trip both Cedric and myself and the both of us tried getting out of it while Cedric called for Harry to help us out. After a while, it was getting to be too much before Harry finally did something about it before Cedric and I quickly got up after Harry helped us a little, “thanks.” Cedric and I said to him, “no problem.” Harry said to us, “you know, for a moment they  thought you were going to let it get us.” Cedric said to him, “for a moment so did I.” Harry told him, “some gam huh?” Cedric asked, “some game.” Harry repeated, “thank god this is almost over.” I said to them as I managed to catch my breath before we began to hear something and saw the wind begin to pick up, “I think we’re overstaying our welcome.” I said to them before the three of us ran for it as we made our way to the Trophy and once we had gotten to it, we suddenly stopped, “why are we stopping?” I asked them, “go on, take it.” Cedric said to Harry, “you saved us, take it.” Cedric said to him, “together, one, two, three.” we said and the three of us touched it and as soon as we did, we ended up somewhere else. The three of us ended up somewhere and I noticed that it wasn’t where we were supposed to be and after taking a good look, I noticed that it looked familiar before hearing Cedric speak up, “are you ok?” He asked us, “brilliant.” I said to him, “yeah, you?” Harry said to him and I sighed a little as I took a moment to myself to just catch up on what’s going on.

After a few moments had passed, Cedric soon spoke up again, “where are we?” he asked us, “I don't know but it looks familiar like I’ve seen it before.” I said to him before Harry spoke up, “I’ve been here before.” he said to us, “wait what?” I asked as I walked up to him, “have you seen this place before?” I asked him and he nodded, “Harry, Rosella the cup’s a PortKey.” Cedric told us, “I’ve been here before.” Harry mentioned, “so have I. I’m guessing I’m not the only one who’s been having Dreams like this.” I said to him, “no, I’ve seen it in a dream before.” he said, “and I thought I was going crazy.” I said to him before he spoke up again, “Cedric, Rosella, we have to get back to the Cup.” Harry said to us, “what are you talking about?” Cedric asked, “long story.” I said to him before we heard a door open and we to see who it was and not long after, something began to happen to Harry and I helped him keep his balance, “Harry, what is it?” Cedric asked him, “it’s his scar I think.” I said to him, “get back to the Cup.” Harry told him, “Cedric, just do what he says and leave.” I said to him as I noticed what Pettigrew was holding as he walked out, “who are you? What do you want?” Cedric asked him, “Kill the spare.” A voice said to Pettigrew, “Avada Kedavra.” Pettigrew said as he ended up killing Cedric. After Peter had killed Cedric, I froze not knowing what to do before Harry and I were being forced to our feet before we ended up floating and the both of us were soon pinned to something before Pettigrew dropped something in the Cauldron, “bone of the father unwillingly given.” Pettigrew said before he put a bone in the Cauldron before he continued, “flesh of the servant willingly sacrificed.” he said before cutting off his own hand, “the blood of the enemy forcibly taken.” he said before cutting into Harry’s arm and I tried to distract myself from the blood, “the Dark Lord shall rise again.” Pettigrew said as Harry started screaming before something began to happen once Pettigrew had finished with whatever Potion he was making and my panic had grown a little and something began to happen when something began to float above the Cauldron after it was set in fire and it began to form into something before seeing that it was a human body. Once it was done, the man soon walked up to Pettigrew before speaking up, “my wand Wormtail.” he said and Pettigrew gave him his wand, “hold out your arm” he said to Pettigrew, “Master, thank you. Master.” Pettigrew said, “the other arm Wormtail.” he said to Pettigrew and he had done what the man said before he had done something causing something to happen before people began to arrive before seeing a few of them seemed familiar before I noticed who they were, one of them being Aro.

After they had all arrived, the man soon poke up to everyone, “welcome my friends. Thirteen years it’s been and yet, here you stand  before me as though it were only yesterday. But I confess myself disappointed. Not one of you tried to find me.” he said before he started calling out the people who were wearing the Masks. Shortly after, he continued, “not even you, Lucius.” he said to him as he revealed his face, “My Lord if I detected any sign or whisper of your whereabouts.” he began to say before the man stopped him, “there were signs my slippery friend. And more than whispers.” he said to Lucius “I assure you My Lord, I had never renounced the old way. The face I have been obliged to present every day since your Absence, that is my true Mask.” Lucus said to him, “I have returned,” Pettigrew said, “out of fear, not loyalty. I was the one who told the Vampire’s you see here about the Girl. still you have proven yourself useful these past few months Wormtail.” the man said before he replaced the hand Pettigrew had cut off, “thank you Master, thank you.” Pettigrew said to him before he walked over to Cedric’s lifeless body, “such a handsome boy.” the man said before Harry said something, “don’t touch him.” he said before the man noticed us, “Harry. Rosella. I’d almost forgotten you were here. Standing on the bones of my father.” he said before speaking to Harry, “I’d introduce you but word has it, you’re almost as famous as me these days.” he said to Harry before looking at me, “I’ve brought some friends for you dear Rosella. People who have been told about what you are and they could not accept the fact that there is someone like you walking around.” he said to me, “go to hell.” I said to him and he just laughed before speaking to the others, “the Boy Who Lived and the Tribrid.” he said to them before looking at us, “how lies have fed your legends Harry and Rosella. Shall I reveal what really happened that night Thirteen years ago. Shall I divulge how I truly lost my Powers. It was love.  You see when dear sweet Lily Potter gave her life for her only son, she provided the ultimate Protection, I could not touch him. It was Old Magic, something I should have foreseen. But no Matter, things have changed. I can touch you.” He said before he touched Harry’s scar causing him to scream in pain before he finally stopped, “astonishing what a few drops of your blood will do.” he said before the both of us dropped to the ground, “pick up your wands Potter and Cullen.” He said to us, “I said pick them up.” he said to us and the both of us picked up our wands, “the both of you have been taught how to duel I presume yes? First, you bow to each other.” he said to us, “come on now Harry and Rosella. The necessities must be observed, surely Dumbledore wouldn’t want either of you to forget your manners would he? I said bow.” he said to us before we were forced to Bow before he started using the Torture Curse on the both of us and I started screaming in pain.
