Chapter Fifty Seven

ROSELLA’S P.O.V
It was the next day and I was finally getting out of the Hospital Wing and after getting changed, I made sure I had everything before Draco walked over to me, “how are you doing?” he asked me, “alright I suppose. I don’t feel as bad as I did yesterday.” I said to him, “that’s good.” he said to me and the both of us eventually walked out of the Hospital Wing and made our way to the Common Room for the time being and the both of us had gone to his Dorm for a while and just talked about everything that’s happened the entire time before it had gotten late and the both of us had gotten ready for bed and after doing so, the both of us just laid in bed for a while before he spoke up to me, “I’m glad you’re alright.” he said as he held me closer and kissed the top of my head, “me to.” I said to him and after a while the both of us had fallen asleep later that night. When another day had come around, I spent the entire day having most of the Slytherin’s making sure that I was alright until the day was over and I had gone to the Common Room with Draco as he wanted to put his stuff away before going to the Room of Requirement and by the time we had gotten there, it took him a moment to start before I walked up to him, “are you going to be ok?” I asked him, “yeah, I’ll be fine. I just needed a minute that’s all.” he said to me before I sat back down and managed to get some of my work done before doing some of his and the both of us had spent most of the time in the Room of Requirement before the both of us made our way to the Common Room before dinner. After dinner was over for the night, I had gone back to the Common Room for the time being before I decided to go for a walk alone and just as I was about to leave the Common Room after getting changed, Draco stood in front of me, “where are you off to?” he asked me, “a walk. I just want to be alone for a while if that’s alright with you.” I said to him, “yeah, that’s fine. Just don’t be too long alright.” he said and I nodded, “I won’t” I said to him before I kissed his cheek before leaving the Common Room and eventually ended up going outside before I eventually saw Hagrid, “hey Hagrid.” I said to him, “hello Rosella.” he said to me, “what happened to Aragog?” I asked him, “he’s just died.” he told me, “I’m sorry, I know he meant a lot to you.” I said to him, “thanks. By the way, I managed to hear about what happened to you the other day. Are you doing alright?” he said to me, “yeah, I’ll be fine.” I said to him before we heard people walking up to us before seeing that it was Harry and Professor Slughorn, “I better be going.” I said to Hagrid, “alright, you be careful now.” he said to me, “you too.” I said to him before walking away as I didn’t want to be anywhere near Harry at the moment and I made my way back to the Castle.

By the time I made it back to the Castle, I eventually made it to the Common Room and was about to make my way to Draco’s dorm before Pansy spoke up, “if you’re looking for Draco, he just left.” she told me, “did he say where he was going?” I asked him, “no he didn’t. By the way, I wanted to ask how you were doing.” she said to me, “I’m alright.” I said to her and we talked for a bit about what had happened before I eventually left the Common Room and went looking for Draco as I walked around the Castle. After a while, I eventually found him in the Astronomy Tower and I walked up to him and hugged him from behind and heard him let out a sigh and there was a moment of silence as he turned around and hugged me back a little tighter before kissing the top of my head before I spoke up to him, “are you alright? You look a little down.” I said to him, “I am a little bit.” He said to me, “I don’t even have to ask.” I said to him, “I know you don’t. It is almost over and the Cabinet is almost mended. You and I both know what that means.” he said to me, “no I don’t” I said to him, “we may not be able to see each other for a while after this.” he said to me and I froze for a moment  before he let go of the hug, “what?” he asked me, “does that really have to happen?” I asked him and he just nodded, “I’m sorry, I really am but I want you safe. I have to go after this year.” he said to me, “But I don’t want you to leave.” I said to him before I saw that he noticed something, “you’ll always have me. You have this to remember me alright.” he said as he held the ring that was around my neck, “I don’t want you to leave me.” I said to him, “I will always be with you, in here and with this.” he said as he rested his hand over the ring and my chest and after a while, I managed to calm down a little and we continued to spend time in the Astronomy Tower for a while longer before the both of us had left and made our way back to the Common Room for the night. By the time we had gotten there, the both of us had gone to his dorm for the rest of the night and the both of us had just spent some time together before the both of us had gone to bed for the night. When another day came around, I was sitting outside thinking about the other night before an Owl flew over to me and dropped something in front of me and noticed that it was a letter and I began to read it.

Dear Rosella, 

I would like you to meet me at the Astronomy Tower as soon as you’re able. There is something I need to discuss with you but you won’t be the only one I will be talking with Miss. Cullen.

Professor Dumbledore.

After reading the letter, I began to think about whether or not I should go and after a while, I’ve made up my mind and decided to go to the Astronomy Tower to meet Professor Dumbledore as I began to wonder what he would want to show me as I hoped it wasn’t anything too serious until I was brought out of my thoughts when  bumped into someone and saw that it was Harry and  was about to continue to make my way to the Astronomy Tower before he stopped me, “let go of me.” I said to him, “I wanted to say something.” he said to me, “if it’s an apology, I don’t care. I won't forgive you for what you’ve done.” I said to him, “but I really am sorry about what happened the other day.” he said to me, “you're still not forgiven.”  said to him, “well, it was worth a try. Anyways, where are you going?” he said to me, “why do you care?” I asked him, “because I was heading the same way.” he said to me, “Dumbledore wanted to talk to me. He wants me to meet him at the Astronomy Tower.” I told him, “he said the same to me. Did he tell you why?” he said to me, “no he didn’t. He just said he wants to show me something.” I said to him, “I’ll walk with you then.” he said to me and the both of us made our way to the Astronomy Tower.

By the time we had gotten there, the both of us heard voices and noticed one of the was Snape and not long after, the conversation had ended and we heard one of them walking towards us and we pretended that we were just walking up the stairs before seeing Sape walk in front of us and he just stood there for a moment before we let him walk passed before Harry and I walked up the stairs to see Dumbledore standing there looking over the edge before he turned to face us, “oh Harry, Rosella.” he said to us and after a moment of silence, he spoke up to Harry, “you need a shave my friend.” he said to him, “and you need a trim as well” he said to me, “yeah I guess it could use it.” I said to him as I took a look at my hair, “you know at times, I forget how much the both of you have grown. At times I still see the small boy from the Cupboard and the small girl who was different from the others. Forgive my Morgensense you two, I’m an old man.” he said to us, “you still look the same to me sir.” Harry said to him, “I don’t think you’ve changed a bit sir.” I said to him, “just like your mothers, you’re both unfailingly kind. A trait people never fail to undervalue I’m afraid.” he said to us before he started talking about something else, “the place to which we journey tonight is extremely dangerous. I promised you could accompany me and I stand by that Promise. But there is one condition, you both must obey every command I give you without question.” he said to us, “yes sir.” the both of us said to him, “you do understand what I’m saying?” he asked, “yeah.” I said to him, “should I tell the both of you to hide, you hide. Should I tell you to run, you run. Should I tell you to abandon me and save yourselves, you both must do so.” he said and neither of us said anything before he spoke up again, “your words.” he said to us, “my word.” Harry said to him before Dumbledore looked at me, “my word.” I said to him, “take my arm you two” he said as he lifted up his arm, “sir, I thought you couldn’t Apparate within Hogwarts.” Harry mentoned, “you’re saying that to him?” I questioned Harry, “Miss. Cullen has a point, being me has its privileges.” he said to Harry before the both of us took his arm before the three of us had Apparated to where Dumbledore wanted to go and By the time we had gotten there, the three of us eventually made it inside the cave.
