"the hell you've been" Namjoon grunts when he finally spots Jungkook just coming in, in his own office "well..." he wanted an answer his frustration can't be in vain. "I was taking care of my baby ok" Jungkook just casually shrugged off "and where is he now?" Namjoon asked taking a seat In front of Jungkook "well I left him with Taehyung I was assured he was ok but if it wasn't for Taehyung I wouldn't be here" Namjoon sighed yet again for the nth time, "I get your little love going on but you are the CEO of Jeon ENT, your presence is required.
"But hyung, aren't i still in secrecy, my identity is still hidden" he smirked looking at Namjoon who groaned louder this time "well....I fear you should do one, either be out as Jimin's bodyguard or inside as the CEO in secrecy" Namjoon tried to explain "someone could leak out your identity" he added and Jungkook made a thinking face "I know hyung but this will not last forever it's time I reveal myself" Namjoon looked forward to that no more grunting "let's do it after Mr Park comes back I feel like he would be targeted the moment everyone knows me" Jungkook worried there was just something wrong going on "and when will he back" the next day" Namjoon nodded "well good enough" . . "So apparently everything is okay" Jimin spoke while licking ice cream he and Taehyung have been having and just hanging around "how are the Kims?" Jimin asked "doing good but..uh..Jimin I found something strange" Jimin gave him his full attention "huh what is it, someone giving you a hard time I'll hunt then down" Taehyung chuckled "no everything is ok just...it's about Jungkook" Jimin stopped the little walk he was having and turned to Taehyung "there is a rumor going on he's the CEO of Jeon ENT" Jimin laughed off "no it can't be he is a barista" he was way too far to believe anything "I know right I didn't believe it too until I got sent this" he showed Jimin a few pictures of Jungkook in a suit making his way towards the Jeon cooperation and a man following behind him, he looked familiar.
"And how did you get this?" Jimin asked and Taehyung placed his phone back in his coat "someone leaked the pictures to the board meeting members" he shrugged and Jimin didn't say no more not sure what to even ask at this point "oh Jimin I gotta go and it's getting late for you" they hugged and sent each other off Jimin dropping the melted ice cream having no appetite. He quickly made it into his car back home wanting nothing but to go back in his room and think. . . JIMIN'S POV Am not sure how fast I drove but the next minute I was in front of the mansion, one part of me dreading walking in there and another reminding me this was my father's and mother's hardwork that's why I didn't have a heart to stay out of it because ridiculously ain't me supposed to be out but rather the snakes inside.
I made my way inside and am met with glares sent to me and they had these suspicious smirks on them, something was going on and it makes me angry am not sure what they were planning "oh isn't it our sweet Jimin welcome back" Taehyun speaks making me roll my eyes, can't get any peace in here for once??
"Save your mockery to yourself" I didn't have time for this, "oh come on am being considerate" the way he eyes me is so disgusting that I want to smack his face so bad but I keep it for later "fuck off" I make my way to the stairs "one day you will regret speaking to us like this" I hear Lisa, aunt 🙄 speak and I don't pay mind to her as I make my way inside my room making sure to lock it before I make my way to the bathroom.
Clearing my head with cold water sure did help to refresh and wake my mind to reality. I made my way outside the bathroom in shorts and a bathrobe only to flinch back to see uncle 🙄 Bitgama sat on my bed like he owned it, fucker.
"The hell you walked in here?" I was already in a bad mood but am more angry now "watch your tone and because I love you am here to warn you" he doesn't sound like his usual self and it makes me roll my eyes for the nth time of the day now that's until I was pushed back to the bed and he held me back in position, "continue rolling those pretty eyes of yours and see how I will punish you remember your bodyguard isn't here" he smirked as I stayed still he knew he had me in a corner on that, whatever bullshit he has to spew he better do it fast.
"Jungkook or whatever his name is, he's a liar or let's say he's not what he claims he is" I think I have had that a dozen times now it's starting to piss me off "he must have been sent he's lying to you" I gave him a skeptical look "I know your fucking your bodyguard don't even deny it" I look the other side 'he's better than you old hag' I wanted to say it loud but I refrained "look at me" he pulled my jaw forcing me to look at his wrinkling face "you don't believe me, wait and see what happens tomorrow you will know his true colors don't say I didn't warn you" with that he got off me and walked out just like that making me wonder.
"Why does he sound so sure of himself" that was not good he knew what I didn't know and now it's getting in my head, Jungkook didn't lie to me did he? Did he fake around me this whole time? Am not sure what is going on but tomorrow I surely need my answers everything doesn't make any sense. I groan and laid back to my bed seeking sleep even if it's one minute but I knew i won't even get that "urgh fuck" I continue to groan in annoyance........ . . Am driving my way to pick up dad from the airport, well he's stubborn fella he didn't go with his own jet wanting only the normal travel plane well at least am picking him up. I didn't sleep the whole night and am sure there must be bags under my eyes which I tried to cover up this morning.
I make my way inside and dad is right beside the car like he was waiting for me "did you wait long?" I worried but he shook his head with a smile "not at all..." he got in the car and immediately I drove off while he made the conversation and I concentrated on the highway road which made me question something, it looked empty.....
Dad went on and on as I listened until something caught his attention on the phone, "CEO of Jeon cooperation!?" he questioned "what happened?" I asked but he went on reading and reading and finally looked at me "You won't believe it but it turns out Jeon cooperation had a successor and he was revealed right now" I was curious could it be...
"Who?" I just wanted confirmation "it's Jeon Jungkook what a small world" he chuckled but I didn't, I don't know how to react, how dare he lie to me, did I mean nothing to him to tell me this much. I wanted the car to stop so I hit the brakes but..... "What happened why do you look tense?" Dad asked seeing my panicked face "the brakes aren't working" ,............. . .
