Bitgama's angry voice resonated the whole mansion making the rest of the people downstairs stare in disbelief "here we go again" Lisa grumble leaning back on the couch with two round cucumbers on her eyes "we never get peace in this house" she added and Hobi scoffed passing by her "maybe get your own house" he shrugged "you-" she was about to throw hands until the shouting on the stairs got worse making everyone walk up there.
Louis had a glass of alcohol on her hand half way through it and by the looks of it she's had a dozens of them now she was too drunk for what Bitgama was shouting about "you bitch am asking for the last time what did you do?" Louis only laughed out loud her stance flattering and voice slurring "it was a gift for you....once....and for all....you should thank me ..." she slurred more while laughing and Bitgama was just one second from slapping reality into her face. The rest of the family members were watching all this interested in the whole drama going on that's when the tv from downstairs caught their attention.
'THE HORRIBLE CLIFF ACCIDENT AT THE XY HIGHWAY HAS BEEN SPOTTED NOT MOMENTS AGO' the headlines read they were still confused until a few CCTV footages were released the next moment shocking everyone.
"It's been reported the car that toppled off a cliff has been identified as Mr. Park Jimin the next CEO of Park ENT who was driving his way back home before meeting his demise" the news reporter spoke and everyone was instantly down stairs to see more.
"Unfortunately he had a passenger who's been indentifiied as Mr. Park the CEO of Park ENT." gasps filled the whole mansion as maids peeked through the kitchen window seeing the chaos going on.
"Brother??" Lisa was the first to call out in a sad voice getting down to her knees that had weakened not believing what was going on.
"We believe none of them might have made it out unfortunately" that was the conclusion of the news and it went dead silent before a deafening scream was let out.
"Jimin no........my Jimin" it was Jin, he couldn't believe his eyes everything was a big shock, "j...Jimin" he called out before eventually passing out from shock, Hobi was right on time to hold him immediately calling the medics "my son....my poor son" Jimin's grandma cried out crying for his son, 'Park' holding onto her weak heart that was warning to get a heart attack sooner if she didn't stop wailing.
The rest went silent, still processing whatever was going on, Louis in her drunk state just looking around with her smile "stop fake crying you and I know you don't mean that shit" Lisa glared at her but she only laughed off "you should thank me" she whispered and they all looked at her confused including Bitgama "you knew about this?" Taehyun was the one to ask now.
"Just a little mess with the brakes it's not that deep, he basically didn't know how to drive" she rolled her eyes "wake that fuck up, don't you want the CEO position?" she looked at Taehyun "don't you want your son to excel?" she looked Lisa "don't you want those branches all to yourself, don't you want me?" she voiced out brokenly to Bitgama whose stiff shoulders finally relaxed "ofcourse I want it come here" he pulled her to his embrace like he usually does when they argue, his tactics never changed and Louis always fell for it every damn time, pathetic.
"She's right, they are....dead we can't bring them back besides life must go on" Lisa spoke her sad demanour changed to stoic and serious, wiping off her crocodile tears "we move now let's begin the preparation of the burial ceremony" with that everyone went to work wanting to get this done as soon as possible, they died but the inheritance didn't..... . . . . A FEW HOURS BEFORE THE NEWS:
JUNGKOOK'S POV This was so messed up, I fear I had been exposed and I can't stop it what's done has been down but am afraid of what Jimin would think of me, he'll think and a liar and whatever we had between us it's been lies, just the thought of it is enough to stress the shit out of me. And speaking of him he's not been picking up his phone nor answering my texts, I fucked up.
Just then I was about to go over to his I got an emergency call from one of my men i sent to keep safe of Jimin something about him calling me now seems gives me a bad vibe, 'please be ok' I mumbled before picking it at the third ring.
"Boss!!" he called out loudly panting and panicking "what happened?" that was enough to make me run for my car as Namjoon hyung followed me behind pretty confused with the sudden movement.
"They-....got....shit I mean the cliff.....fell..." I was not sure what he was talking about and am loosing my godamn patient here "speak the fuck up" I know I wasn't helping only to make it worse. Namjoon snatched the phone and spoke to the guy calmly on the loud speaker, "breathe in and out, then speak" he did it and immediately went talking.
"I was following Mr Jimin's car like you asked and on the XY highway..I don't know what happened it just happened...he suddenly lost control and their car crushed" my heart dropped, it tightened so hard that it was getting hard to breathe "am sorry boss but...." there was silence before he spoke again "they fell off the cliff before I could even catch up....." I don't know what he said next I couldn't hear it, I was suddenly numb and my whole system came to a halt. My heart clenched in pain, "it ...I...how...shit" I could barely make my words because of how much pain i was feeling "fuck!" I quickly jumped in my car and Namjoon understood not to question me about a godamn thing. All I could do was chant in my heart, hoping..... hoping he was ok.....?....alive...?
With the speed I drove off ignoring all the signs i made it to the scene, first thing I saw was the broken glass all over the road and how hard the tires did try to screech to a stop I could fucking see it and then at the dead end road that they toppled over.
My knees gave out and fell on the hard road, I can't believe this, I can't believe Jimin is de-.... "Ahhhhhhhhhh" I let out a dreadful scream I didn't even notice the tears that slipped my eyes, this can't be, this can't be??
"My Jimin is not dead he's not..." I walked over to the end of the cliff only to be held back by Namjoon "he's.....still alive, hyung am going to get him" i screamed out, I couldn't loose the only thing, the only person that truly showed me I meant something to him, showed me love, I can't......
"Jungkook calm down" I can't fucking calm down "Jimin needs me I need to get him, my baby needs me" more hands held me back as I tried to slip off them but failed and finally fell onto my knees sobbing, this can't be .....
"Jungkook snap out of it" he held my face forcing me to look at him with my blurry sight, did I finally lose it!! "Hyung" I called out weakly, I can't fucking take this. "if you jump now who will save the both of you huh? Let's not act rashly, we are going to go down there at least find any remaining...." he trailed off helping me back to my feet as I faced my gang, they look ready for whatever I would tell them to do.
"I need every single one of you down there, find Mr. Park and Jimin even if they are.....dead I want you to find them, find my baby...." They didn't need to be told twice and ready they were to move including me, "I'll find you baby, I'll fucking find you" was the promise I made to myself before heading down that cliff, I'll move any mountain anything just to find you. . . .
