I woke up at 7:36 to an empty bed. The left side of my bed had the imprint of a body, but when I placed my hand over the empty space it was cool, letting me know that Rex left a long time ago. I hope he made it safely off of my territory, but I'm pretty sure he could sneak away since he sneaked in.

I got out of bed still groggy. I know to never binge watch shows on Netflix again. I only got 3 hours of sleep and I can already feel that today's going to be a slow day for me. I pick out pair of black leggings and a plain grey v-neck T-shirt and head for the shower. The shower did me absolutely no justice in helping me wake up.

I walk downstairs to get breakfast. Since it's Saturday, I have training. Being the Alphas daughter is a good thing because since I have alpha blood, I'm already stronger than the average wolf, meaning that I don't have to train as much as the others.

"Are you ready for training today, Stella?" Beta Adrian asks me as I walk into the kitchen.

I grab a couple pieces of bacon and and a spoon full of eggs. "Are you ready to get your ass kicked today, Beta?"

Beta Adrain has been training me since I was twelve. Since he is the second most powerful man in our pack - first being my father - it was only right that he gets assigned to train the Alphas children. He will train my brother when he comes of age.

Beta Adrian chuckles at my response. "Okay, little alpha. We'll see how things turn out today."

I continue to eat my breakfast as my dad and little brother come downstairs.

"Hey dad, Sam." I say with a mouth full of eggs.

"Hi, Stel." Sam says as he sits in the chair across from me.

Dad ignores me and gets food for him and Sam.

I sigh. "Dad, I know you're still mad at me, but it was an honest mistake. I didn't purposefully walk out of our territory. I had a lot on my mind and accidentally went beyond our boundaries. I'm truly sorry."

"I'm not mad about that Stella. I'm mad about the fact that you were being careless. You weren't thinking. There has been sightings of rogues right at our boundary lines. Because you weren't thinking you made the careless mistake of going too far. What if one of the rogues took you? Huh? What would you do, Stella? You would probably be dead." He storms out of the kitchen after handing Sam his plate of food.

I'm stunned. I take in everything my dad said and he had a right to be mad. After all Rex told me last night I have a feeling that I would've been dead that night I walked of our territory. Rex said it himself that he was here to kill my pack and if I wasn't his mate then he would've killed me also. Just thinking about it makes me shudder. I need to not be so careless like dad said. I'm the alphas daughter for god sake. I shouldn't be making these mistakes. It makes me look bad.

"Don't worry about your dad. He'll come around, kiddo." Beta pats me on the back in a sort of comforting way. "In the mean time, you need to hurry up and eat so we can get started. Practice starts in ten minutes."

"I want to go" Sam says, munching on a piece of bacon.

I place my plate in the sink and walk over to my brother ruffling his hair. "In a couple years, kid."

I walk out of my house with Beta Adrian by my side. We get to the clearing where all the other teens are training. All other weres start training at thirteen. I had to start a year earlier.

"Do you remember the moves I taught you last time we trained?"
I nod in response.

"Let's get started then.
